you must take a lot of
protein at once, because i put 4g in a shake that was about 12oz water and 2 scoops of ON chocolate, and i nearly lost it. at this point, i think my only solution is to somehow encapsulate the powder in something that will hide the taste (ie cottage cheese or apple
sauce). maybe if i do it this way, the b5 will be in my stomach before my poor tastebuds have to suffer. but jesus, lots of people take b5 on cycle to stop acne. they can't all just hold their nose and down it. i am seriously perplexed. obviously, i'm going to
man up and down this stuff no matter how bad it tastes. but [sob] there has to be a better way!
