12 week cycle questions |

| Hey guys I am thinking about doing a 12 week cycle, just to get form, 8 week bulk, and 4 week cut. I am 32 not new to body building, but new to using legal anabolics. So I am considering a stack for the bulk cycle to be online the lines of using 1ad, and s1+ and, 4-ad, and two weeks on and one week off with the m1+, of course I will be doing the HMB and creatine, with Ribose and omegas, and ZMA at night and the other usual vits and stuff. On the cut cycle I was thinking of using 6-oxo for test makeup and then Stacker 3 for cut energy, of course I will keep using the creatine and zma at night and ribose and all the other vits, of course i will be using glute throughout the whole cycle. Do you think this is to aggressive for such a short cycle or should I extend the cycle out to something like 16 weeks. And of course during the bulk cycle I will be eating like a horse. What do you think, what ideas do you have, i really want to this cycle legal if you know what I mean. I just don't know about all this stuff. I did try 1-ad before and got really good results, I was surprised. So I know there has to be something to all this prohormone stuff. Please let me know if anyone has suggestions or better ideas. thanks |

| First I would drop the ZMA, HMB, and the Omegas(assuming a blend of some sort) Check out Trouble's post in the diet and Loki's subsequent response for the proper fat intake for your goal, cut or bulk. As for your possible cycle options, I woudlnt stay on a full 12 weeks, i would do something like: Bulk 1-4 Superone + 5-7 6-OXO 8-12 4-ad 8-10 M 1T 13-15 6-OXO |

Yes, and yes. It contains 1-test and 4-AD, check out the prohormone information sticky. |
