Hey this is just a rant.


How come EVERYTIME I used to order a 10 lb bag of ON whey and some other stuff id get a BN shaker. Now I never get one. Sup wit dat? I love my BN shaker.

PLus they get shitty after a while and free ones are the best kind.

This section is not actually for posting questions,it is only meant as a informations source before posting questions.

We cannot always send out shaker bottles with every order that you place.Normally we try to ship the bottles when an order is small enough to send in a priority size box.The best thing to do is,the next time that you place an order,put a request in the comments section that you would like a free shaker bottle.We try to fill all requests.

I want to order your supplements here in the Philippines but the shipping cost is way much too expensive for our order, they say that there are coupons so that the shipping costs will be waived or discounted.

I Finally received my products from customs after over one month waiting. I strongly recommend anyone making international orders, from Canada especially, to avoid ordering fat burners as a large portion of the ingredients listed are legal but require licenses to import which is the reason mine was delayed. Hoodia and L-Carnitine being two examples.

I can't post anywhere else so I'm posting here.

I don't have a credit card but have a bank card. The stupid Google Checkout won't even let me SIGN UP without a credit card. I can't get a credit card.

They say they take debit cards but that's a fraud. In their help section it has to have a CREDIT CARD logo. What the hell is that for?

How about adding Paypal as a payment option? I have a paypal account. Paypal was nice enough to let me sign up and use a bank card (debit card).

Hello from Lithuania. My registered letter, which included the money check was successfully delivered on the 4th of December, 2008 and the money check was cashed on Dec 15, 2008, but my order's status is still ''check''. Jessica DeAndrea from BN sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience, but nothing happened.
Has anybody from Lithuania had any good experience?
What should I do now?

I have order some items (Order #624814) on March 17 and it is marked shipped since March 18. It has been more than a month and i dont received the items or any notice of it. My Credit Card has already been charged. How can i be sure that i will realy recive it?

I have already sent 3 or 4 e-mails about this two weeks ago and get no response. What hell is happening?

still haven't received my items, which were ordered on the 4th of april ... supposedly shipped over 3 weeks ago ... never usually takes this long or have any problems getting them here ... seems slightly weird ... .. I am hoping they get to me within the next week ...or will be asking some serious questions as to whats going on ... seems I am not a isolated case either ... dry.gif

Hi, i just wanted to say i'm from australia too and my order is on day 48 and still hasn't arrived. BN have been pretty good so far tho', responding to emails etc. Usually I receive my shipments in 11 days. BN says a lot of Aussies are in the same boat; but why??

I got a response today via e-mail stating they are looking into what has happened with my order. It has taken a while but a least I have a response now and hpefully it will all get sorted out.

Well quick as flash I still have not yet recieved a response since the so called we will check it out. To say the customer service is poor would be an understatement. This company needs to sort its shit out and respond to ppl's questions and query's especailly after taking their money and then not doing jack shit.

It ha taken a fair bit of time to get this on the path to being resolved. I got an e-mail today stating that void was missed for soem reason and that a refund will be completed.

I am happy a resolution should be achieved shortly. I still think six weeks is a long period of time to have a problem resolved. The problem was the lack of response from the customer support area. This current procedure that is being used is not working and response times are poor.

Having said that when you do get a response it is helpful and the service person is well mannered.

order 686467 left 20th july ..not received it yet...normally it takes about 10 or 12 days to get here...there was delay last time with ups too but that was because of the situation in my country as you pointed out

There seems to be a few people ordering to Australia and having issues, I've just made my fourth order with no problems, most orders take 3 weeks to arrive with the cheapest shipping option.

For ordering to Australia:
Make sure you don't order more then 3 months worth of anything else customs may block and check the tga website and possibly email them for what you can get through.

So far I've got the following through customs: 5htp, melatonin, Bacopa Monnieri, R-ALA, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Phenibut, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, Oxiracetam, Aniracetam, Piracetam, Lecithin, Vinpocetine and whey

have fun ordering.

I recently placed an order and paid the extra $3 for the rush ordering but so far haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail telling me that my order had even left your warehouse. Hello, Last week I ordered a package and I recieved it today but there was one item missing: M-Drol by Competitive edge labs. Also, the protein I recieved was the wrong flavor which I am fine with. Hi. This might be a bit premature, but I placed an order on October 1st (order# 721939), and chose 3 day shipping hoping to receive it early this week. I just checked the status of the order, and as of October 5th it's still showing as "processing." Does this mean it hasn't even shipped yet?

And I don't have any kind of response from the BN, they don't answer my emails.

This thread is blowing mind. Does anyone know if BulkNutrition and DiscountAnabolics.com are somehow connected? The reason I ask is that both of these orgs seem to be seriously suffering from customer service problems, no shipping of products ordered, etc., esp. since late December. I'm a few weeks out on an order at DiscountAnabolics and no one ever answers their telephones there, their voicemailboxes are full, and no responses to helpdesk ticket inquiries.

LG Sciences has mentioned that DA has left them in the lurch as well and that they've heard LOTS of complaints in the last two weeks alone.

Anyone have any info on a possible connection?

Btw... no way to get on the DA forums since it's impossible to register. Not surprisingly, it requires a human to activate a forum account; really helps weed out complainers, I would imagine. :|

Any and all info is appreciated.

Wish I saw this thread earlier. I ordered on Jan. 6, been almost a month and nothing so far.

2 emails, 1 phone call. No response.

I have always had good experiences with 1fast, never any issues the past few orders I've made. Seems like something has gone really bad.

Visa chargeback anyone?
