Starting it today. I will update this on a weekly basis for 4 weeks till bottle is done.

Stats:
Age - 24
Weight 150-153
Height 5"5'
BF% unknown

Routines:
4 or 5 days of lifting hitting each muscle grp 2x a week
2 days HIIT

Diet:
Cutting
1912cal
53g fat 26%
167g carbs 30%
204g prot 44%
This is my diet 6 days a week. The 7th say (sunday) is a cheat day for me. I dont go overboard but I indulge in some pizza or a deli sandwich or mexican food.

Other sups:
Whey
E/C stack (12.5mg vas / 100mg caff) on lift days only

Current Thoughts:
Been working out seriously for 1.5yrs. I started a diet about 3 weeks ago. I have cut down to 150 and still having trouble to see good ab definition. Overall I have kept all lifts the same weight and intensity while on these lower cals. So the strenght is still there but I have lost mass as well as some visable BF%. Im kinda depressed. All my lifts have been the same, some have gone up, lifting on only 1900 cals, lost mass, still no ab definition that I want.

Going foward:
Going to apply 4 pumps of lipoderm ultra to my abdominal area and love handle area two times a day. Application times will be 2pm (before gym) and 12am (before bed). This should last me 30days according to the bottle.
I will keep my current routine rotations the same, as well as my diet.
This is a last fleeting attempt at cutting to get my midsection riped.
If this doesnt work.............imI may go off the cutting diet.
The cuts have seen on my body are far outweighed (negativley) by the overall mass I have lost. Im not happy.

Here is a starting collage pic. This is what I look like today (day1 before my 1st application):

Good luck with the lipoderm. I have been on Ab-Solved and LipoDerm for the past 3 weeks and have found better results so far in absolved over lipoderm. But thats just me....I have been applying each twice a day, absolved to the stomach, love handle, regions and lipoderm to the chest, lat/under arm area. I have about 7 - 10 days left and will let you know how they go. Please, continue updating. Let me know how things go for you!!!!

You may have had better results if you started with Absolved and then moved to Lipoderm once Absolved finished. A lot of people reported this as working better than using both simultaneously over at Avant.

Thanks for that bit of info. I will have to consider trying that next time with applying absolved first then moving to lipo when thats finished!

anyone have any tips to get rid of/mask the smell of lipoderm ultra? the smell is quite bothersome, and wearing an undershirt during teh summer isnt fun.

Ok here is my 1 week update. No pics because.......no progress.
The skin seems slightly tighter. No change in appearance. No change in pinch.

Routine and diet have remained the same. Lifting 4 days a week. 2 days of HIIT and Abs. 1900cal. I been applying at noon and midnight daily. 4 squirts.
I found it best to rub in 2 squirts and let it absorb for 1min then apply the other 2.
If I throw 4 straight on me it begins to flake before it can absorb.
I have had no side effects. The smell is bothersome for about 30mins though.

Week 1 of 4, no results. I'll check back next week.

Ive heard from some that Absolved is more effective for your abs area, and that Lipoderm Ultra is more effective for love handles.... i dont know if this is truth or myth, but if anyone has anything to add, post it up. Also, if this is true, then which would be most effective for your lower back?

Lipo versus Absolved depends on what kinda fat deposit is in the area. Above or under muscle. If you look at the pics you can kinda see my dilema, fat just under the skin....but above the muscle. So I went with Lipo.

Sorry to bug again, but you seem pretty knowledgeable on this. Im a big newb, so how exaclt could you go about figuring out if it was below or above the muscle? Im probably asking a dumb question, but thanks for your time either way.

Read this thread. This pretty much explains the difference between VAT & SAT fat and also how to tell which is which.

No prob biggrin.gif

I'm starting to think we really need to get a pin put on these on the forum. I admit, when I was trying to find info out on them first is was hard as hell to keep everything straight.

biggrin.gif OK, this may sound unbelievable but my mirror doesn't lie! I have used the Lipoderm Ultra for TWO days now and I notice a difference already , and not a n entirely small one either. I'm 34 and have had two kids,I'm in pretty damn good shape if I do say so (and I do) but as most Moms will tell you there are a few places you can work out till you fall over and they still look bad thanks to the kiddies. I had what we women affectionately call "pucker butt" which went down the back of my legs about half way down the thigh. It is puckering kind of tissue that really doesn't look all that great, like little indents in your skin. After two days I can barely see them anymore!! The skin is smooth and the contour of my butt and thighs is much more defined. Now don't get all psyched yet, I DO excercise. I do Pilates fairly regularly and also do weight training at the gym where I press 255lbs with my legs ,so I am doing other things as well to get things tight. But I have to say I recommend this product WHOLEHEARTEDLY! I love my body but that puckered skin was always my nemesis and no amount of working out seemed to diminish it to any great degree. For the results I have seen with my own VERY critical eyes, well I'm astounded. I have been using it on my lower abs as well I have pretty great abs but a bit of a fat lair on the lowers, I haven't seen as intense of an effect there but for that it may take a little longer. And really, it isn't the spot I'm really worried about anyway. So basically all you women out there who are on the fence about trying this out, just go for it I think you will be VERY happy with the results.I just ordered 2 more bottles for friends of mine

There are both diuretics and fat loss aids in L-Ultra. The difference in two days is probably from the diuretics (so the effect would probably go away if you stopped using it). With longer use you will also get noticeable fat loss.

I just started using this product and besides the awful smell what are the rubbery nodules that form when I rub it on my body? This product is really strange.

that's the carrier the ingredients are in. don't worry about it though, it doesn't effect the efficacy of the product.

probably go with Lipoderm, but you gotta realize... lipoderm isnt a miracle maker, it should be used in conjuction with cardio on a normal basis and the correct diet, and with that combination you will see effective results

I am already doing 4-5 times HIIT Training now since that week and 3-4 times weight training. 15 minutes HIIT Training in Morning and weightlifting in afternoon or evening. at some days i am also doing HIIT at night before going to bed. Also have a very low carb diet with high protein and healthy fats. plus using ECA + yombine HCL.

can i use Lipoderm also for my breasts or just for my waist and stomach?
And should i take Lipoderm ULTRA or Y?

Honestly, you need to gain some seriouse muscle mass first. Don't want to sound harsh, but you don't have much muscle at all and with such a low LBM you metabolism is probably very low as well, and doing more and more work will ultimately put you in reverse and you will just be burning more muscle away. Gain some muscle first, then watch how much easier it is to lose fat.

gaining muscle mass needs much time. any idea how i can loose fat without having to gain muscle mass at first?

I am now on a fat FAST diet. Diet consisting currently only of proteinshakes and healthy fats. max. 10g carb per day. fish oil, green tea, yombine HCL, ephedrine HCL, COffein, aspirin, Guggulsterones, Vitamin C, Multivitamins, sesathin, CUTS II......

your opinion on that?

Many thanx in advance.

yours sincerely,

Shaher Tamneh

FIrst off, I know gaining muscle without fat is hard, but you can minimize the fat gain with the use of sesathin. Sesthin is a solid product, and I have all my clients use it. Now, despite what some may say, there is really no way of pacling on pounds of muscle while simultaneusly losing fat, unless your on Juice. Focus on one thing: Muscle Gain. Make sure you are eating only the healthiest of foods (Low GI carbs, healthy fats; especially fish oil, and good quality protein from whole food) and monitor your weight and fat gain. Don't worry about putting on a few pounds of fat, it will come off very easily once you have a base for this. Look into some creatine, whey protein, and a solid multi, tht's all you need for bulking. And yes you will hold water with creatine, so don't worry about looking puffy. Set a goal to hit, try maybe 12 pounds now with minimal fat gain. Once you hit it, then you can go for the cuts, besides it's winter right now, bulk while you have your shirt on more. Another thing, post workout, I strongly belive in Lower GI carbs (oatmeal, potatoes, brown rice) after a workout along with whey protein as opposed to High GI carbs (sugar, dextrose, malto). You look like you gain fat easily, so keeping insulin levels steady is key for LBM gains. Lift heavy and Hard!
