probably go with Lipoderm, but you gotta realize... lipoderm isnt a miracle maker, it should be used in conjuction with cardio on a normal basis and the correct diet, and with that combination you will see effective results

I am already doing 4-5 times HIIT Training now since that week and 3-4 times weight training. 15 minutes HIIT Training in Morning and weightlifting in afternoon or evening. at some days i am also doing HIIT at night before going to bed. Also have a very low carb diet with high protein and healthy fats. plus using ECA + yombine HCL.

can i use Lipoderm also for my breasts or just for my waist and stomach?
And should i take Lipoderm ULTRA or Y?

Honestly, you need to gain some seriouse muscle mass first. Don't want to sound harsh, but you don't have much muscle at all and with such a low LBM you metabolism is probably very low as well, and doing more and more work will ultimately put you in reverse and you will just be burning more muscle away. Gain some muscle first, then watch how much easier it is to lose fat.

gaining muscle mass needs much time. any idea how i can loose fat without having to gain muscle mass at first?

I am now on a fat FAST diet. Diet consisting currently only of proteinshakes and healthy fats. max. 10g carb per day. fish oil, green tea, yombine HCL, ephedrine HCL, COffein, aspirin, Guggulsterones, Vitamin C, Multivitamins, sesathin, CUTS II......

your opinion on that?

Many thanx in advance.

yours sincerely,

Shaher Tamneh

FIrst off, I know gaining muscle without fat is hard, but you can minimize the fat gain with the use of sesathin. Sesthin is a solid product, and I have all my clients use it. Now, despite what some may say, there is really no way of pacling on pounds of muscle while simultaneusly losing fat, unless your on Juice. Focus on one thing: Muscle Gain. Make sure you are eating only the healthiest of foods (Low GI carbs, healthy fats; especially fish oil, and good quality protein from whole food) and monitor your weight and fat gain. Don't worry about putting on a few pounds of fat, it will come off very easily once you have a base for this. Look into some creatine, whey protein, and a solid multi, tht's all you need for bulking. And yes you will hold water with creatine, so don't worry about looking puffy. Set a goal to hit, try maybe 12 pounds now with minimal fat gain. Once you hit it, then you can go for the cuts, besides it's winter right now, bulk while you have your shirt on more. Another thing, post workout, I strongly belive in Lower GI carbs (oatmeal, potatoes, brown rice) after a workout along with whey protein as opposed to High GI carbs (sugar, dextrose, malto). You look like you gain fat easily, so keeping insulin levels steady is key for LBM gains. Lift heavy and Hard!
