I'm currently on a ECA stack, which i combined with Lipo 6 for one bottle, and
San Tight for one bottle.
I've been getting good results with this combination, but I am almost at the end of this stack, and was looking for a solid "stimulant free" fat loss to take for a month. If all goes well, I will probably revert back to the ECA stack (with no other
yohimbine product like Lipo or
Tight) for a final month. I hope to have achieved my goals by then (when i go back to school).
My plan was to combine:
Sesathin @ Avant Lab's recommended dosage (suppose to last 30 days?)
R-ALA @ 400mg a day
CLA @ 4.8g a day
Green Tea @ 4 grams a day
I'm also currently taking, and planning to continue taking,
Omega 3-6-9 supplements, a multivitamin, a vitamin b complex, and
glucosamine.
Also, i'm currently taking
Creatine Monohydrate, but plan on hoping on the CEE bandwagon when i'm done. (Is the bulk CEE good stuff here)?
