I posted this in a few topics but noticed it probably needed more of a global attention and location. Unfortunately most of the mods here don't have access to the main operations of the BN facility. Therefore we help the best we can.


While the main guys at BN are trying to clean up this section and help you with your ordering issues, sometimes there are times when a response isn't followed up here in a timely manner. Due to the delays in responses in this section, I am providing this information here for quicker acceess to help resolve your problems faster. I got this information off the BN's main website.

Hi, i have sent about seven e-mails over the last week regarding the status of my order and am yet to recieve a response! I recently placed an order and paid the extra $3 for the rush ordering but so far haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail telling me that my order had even left your warehouse. An update about the status of my order would be appreciated.

Hi, I placed an order on or around November 18th 2009, it's now December 7th and I haven't had any updates about my order - the tracking on BN.com still says 'processing'. I've written a couple of emails but have had no reply. I live in Japan and am waiting for any kind of update. Please let me know what is going on!

reading this thread, and similar ones - and the lack of response or resolution - is kind of scary.
seems nobody ever responds to these people.
having just made an international order myself (with rush service) a few days ago, i'm really worried.
I sent a mail to adjust my order - hopefully there'll be a response in time.... sad.gif

Hi I made an international order on 18.12.2009 and it was canceld on 18.01.2010.
Also I sent 2-3 mails but i didn't receive any answer. I'd like to know if the problem is with my credit card or with youre company?
Should I make another order from you , will you shipp it ?

I placed an order on the 20th and still havent gotten anything a week later. I was told that one of the items in my order had to be back ordered and that the other 3 items would be sent yesterday. Only ONE item was sent... Ive used BN before and have never had any problems, but this is getting old....fast. I dont know what the hell is going on. Did I just lose 100$?

My issues have been resolved in a timely manner. I will continue to order with BN.
