Hey thanks a lot, I've really been tryin to get ripped. I think somehow the shadows made me look better than I do.. but I won't complain Man I've been so "ab"sessed lately, I really think I am enclosing on my bf goals though. Not sure what it is either but seems last couple weeks I've just been looking a lil more cut everyday.

Yes I am working on DR X's piece for the next 5 hours or so. Remember a shadow can only be cast for a reason. If it wasnt for your lean sinewy muscle those shadows would not be there. hehe

Hah suppose you are right... you know about shadows and all that so I'll take your word for it Your painting is just so amazing by the way.. it's quite the talen you got there. Plus you're looking pretty well sculpted yourself Ya know I think BN needs a chatrooom for these late night sessions.. that'd be kinda interesting. Doubt that would happen.. and might turn into something ugly at times. Alternatively I suppose we could all sign on to the msn messenger or something.

I don't know about being a night owl, but there are mornings when I wake up pretty dang early (4:15) - with a frickin ZING - like a jolt of joy juice, so nada chance of falling back asleep to 5:30. I think it might be a body pH issue (ran out of veggies again yesterday, grocery shopping today should take care of it. I don't have pH test strips to check this but will add those to my shopping list today. I wonder if this might explain the unstoppable humor jag yesterday afternoon (or was it sparring with Dr X that did it??).
I bet I don't feel as chipper later on today when I do chest and then go off to a long TKD sesssion....didn't get quite enough sleep last night.

lol, not too bad, i could use the sleep. i have been dragging ass lately, dont have to work tomorrow so its gonna be a nice sleep, then gym whenever i feel like it. stress free.
