Is this a diet a hypoglycemic could try or are am I looking at putting myself in a coma?

I'm not sure if this is written in any of the thread here, but just prior to the full body depletion workout (Bodyopus) you should consume about 100-150 calories of carbs to bring you out of Ketosis just prior to you workout.
The reason is simple...If you work out while in ketosis, you muscles won't give up the last bits of glycogen and therefore supercompensation will not be fully acheived. You have to bring your BGL up to a low-normal in order to fully deplete, then supercompensate afterward.
