[PRODUCT]54[/PRODUCT]Is refeeding even necessary? since the claims state that it isn't. I assume you still have to do some sort of CARB up regardless, but was curious wat people with 1st hand knowledge of the product are doing. i'm guessing i'll probably start my cutting phase @ ~170lbs 12%bf. ECA 1/2 recommended dosage.(3 pills) 3 Tbsp leptigen a day... gugglesterones... maybe(what do you think?) eating ~1800-2100 calories per day.

During Leptigen usage, controlled, moderate carb-ups are still recommended (1nce ~ every 2 weeks-- although it depends a good deal on training intensity) to replenish glycogen & provide one's metabolism with sufficient stimulus to further hinder the already-Leptigen-handicapped starvation response. In this case, it is recommended that one consumes roughly 8-10g CHO/kg of LBM, while keeping protein moderate & fat consumption low during that period (with emphasis going to mono-unsaturates). E/C use should also be discontinued during this period. Leptigen use should not.

The guggul is pretty cheap and couldn't hurt. I would use 100 mg+ daily.
