During
Leptigen usage, controlled, moderate carb-ups are still recommended (1nce ~ every 2 weeks-- although it depends a good deal on training intensity) to replenish glycogen & provide one's metabolism with sufficient stimulus to further hinder the already-Leptigen-handicapped starvation response.
In this case, it is recommended that one consumes roughly 8-10g CHO/kg of LBM, while keeping
protein moderate & fat consumption low during that period (with emphasis going to mono-unsaturates). E/C use should also be discontinued during this period.
Leptigen use should not.
