I was going to start training for this marathon, but i really wanted to get this Superdrol Cycle in ,so i am going to cut the Superdrol Cycle down to 3 weeks instead of 4, and start training for the marathon after i get done with this. I will continue to run the CKD Diet throughout the entire Cycle. Here are my stats, and everything i will be taking and my routine.

Stats: 27 y/o Male
179lbs
Height 5'11
BF% approx 11%
Experienced Lifter

Supplements while on Cycle:
Superdrol 20mg/day
Protein WPI(Staple Supplement)
Xpand
MRM's BCAA+G
Milk Thistle(Have already been on it for 3 weeks) Will continue to run through PCT
Hawthorn Berry(3 weeks prior as well) Will continue to run through PCT
Garlic Extract (3 weeks prior as well) Will continue to run through PCT
Glucosamine w/ Chondroitin
Vitamin C
Multi Vitamin

PCT:
6-oxo (I only choose it over Rebound XT because i already had it on hand and didn't feel like spending more money for the Rebound.)
Prima Force's FUZE


Routine will look like this:
Monday - Chest/Tri's (30 minutes Cardio on this day)
Tuesday - Legs/Abs
Wednesday - OFF DAY
Thursday - Back/Bi's (30 minutes Cardio on this day)
Friday - Shoulders/Abs
Saturday - OFF DAY (30 minutes Cardio on this day)
Sunday - OFF DAY

Guys i will try to post daily, i will keep this as detailed as i possibly can, and i am going to try my best to get blood work done at the end of the 3 weeks. I suggest you add some liver protection in there too.
Use NAC and ALA.

I would also recommend policasanol (sp?).

I just got my blood work back from 3 weeks of SD and my ALT is 193.
Your lipids takes it hard on SD.

I did gain 10 lbs and I think I lost some body fat too. plus my strenght increased big time.

Looks like it hurt your liver too. HOw much were you taking during your 3 weeks?

Take lots of omega 3's from fish oil and you will be good to go. I am concerned about that ALT, norm is 0-50!

Yes, I am aware of that.

My cholesterol did not come back good but not extremly bad either.

I was running 5 weeks of MOHN before I switched to SD but I did blood work before I started and my ALT value was normal.

I did run 20mg for the first 8 days then 30 mg for the next 13 days or so.

The blood was drawn 3 days after my last SD dose.

your hepatic panel will go back to base line.
also your liver enzymes will go up some after heavy lifting.
I personally would have taken a break between the mohn and the SD
Give your liver and your nads some time to recover.

I went to the Cards vs Red Sox game lastnight so i didn't lift, but will be doing Chest/Tris tonight. I will post this evening after my lift.

Well, nothing major to report thus far. Lifted Chest/Tri's lastnight, didn't really notice anything in the gym as far as strength goes. Lifts all went well, but i did feel abit tuned in and focused on the weights.

One thing i did notice after lifting and it has been this way since then, i am more hungry than normal. Lastnight and this morning it feels like my stomach wants to eat itself. Running the CKD might be a real test, but i should be able to handle it.

Tonight, i will be lifting legs, so i hope i feel the SD kicking in. This will be my third day at 20mg, and i think most logs i read guys start feeling it around day 3 or 4. So, should be interesting tonight.

Oh, one more thing i thought i'd throw in and let you guys know. I am also ordering some Fenugreek to run with my PCT.

Day 3

Legs went good. Didn't really feel anything to extreme lastnight no noticable gains in strength yet.
After i got done lifting though, i was just standing around talking to some of the other guys, and had to go to the bathroom cause it felt like i was going to puke my guts up. I didn't but i really think it was hunger pains. I am quite abit more hungry i can tell, it has certainly upped my appetite. I try and be as descriptive as i can on this log. And as everyone knows i am running the CKD. But when i got home i had to get something to eat, so i had 2 bowls of cereal. So i fudged on my diet which is notlike me, i hate doing that once i commit to something, but after i almost got sick, i had to eat something with some carbs in it.

No side effects to report on other than that though. Tonight is Back/Bi's so i'm really hoping to feel some strength gains. I will be keeping tabs on my weight and size as well.

Even after 8 weeks off cycle, I still get this some mornings when I wake up.
So have taken to a last thing (Dymatize) protein shake at 11pm - usually 2 servings = 56grams protein in 1/2 pint milk so about 60 grams, plus a little olive oil and oats just to slow absorption.

Not sure what this all means - maybe just metabolism is faster, but I am finding it a lot easier reducing body fat since my cycle so something seems good.

I found sugar cravings quite frequent on SD cycle and usually just ate what my body told me to.

I normally use the following diet:
a high protein 250gms,
low carb (but not CKD) don't count these often unless I am cutting but no huge bowls of pasta or endless bread with meals, more like one slice of bread or a smal side dish of rice and salad - plus as much fruit and fruit juice as I want without upsetting my stomach plus
as much good fat as I want - which is usually several spoonfuls of Olive oil at each meal as a dressing or with simple pan-fried food.

Plan to start new 4 week cycle in 3 weeks, so I will try and monitor the effect of diet on these (minor) sides more accurately.

Day 4

Well, i certainly felt the effects lastnight. I did Back/Bi's and must say i had some very nice Energy & Strength. Usually when i get done with back, my intensity has dropped a notch. But, lastnight my intensity and my strength stayed and i got an awsome bi workout.

On my deadlifts i have been pulling up (275 x 4) on my last set. Lastnight i pulled (275 x 7). So, there was some noticed strength increases. I did not experience any lower back pumps, but i did experience Some very tight muscles behind my shoulder blades when i was doing one arm DB Rows & once i did Bi's a tightness i haven't ever had before. It felt like my Bi was ready to rip right through my skin. I have had some hard bi's before, but lastnight was insane. Overall, i believe lastnight was one of my better back/bi nights.

Blood Pressure is staying normal 140/70. I did notice that my heart rate stayed up a little longer after lifting lastnight. Not sure if it was the Superdrol or Energized Xpand. No side effects to report though.

Tonight is Shoulders, so i will have more to report after this evenings lift.

Day 5

Shoulders went great. I really noticed some increased strength on my Dumbell Shoulder Presses. I usually workout with 65's. Lastnight i was able to get the 75's on my last 2 sets for 6 reps both times. Workout went so good lastnight that i didn't want to leave the gym, lol.

Absolutely no side effects what so ever to report on. BP is still normal 142/70. Still, notice my heart rate stays up for a longer period of time after i leave the gym and come home and settle down.Now, i'm not sure if this is from the Superdrol or the Xpand, but it's not a racing heartbeat, it just stays pumping harder a little longer once i stop lifting.

The guys i lift with made mention that i seem to have more strength and can get more reps out now than i could previously, so i think they are starting to take notice that the Superdrol has kicked in.

Well, today (Sat) & tomorrow (Sun) are off days, so i will just be chillin and letting myself recoup and prepare to hit the gym hard again on monday. Have a good weekend everyone, i will report back on monday, unless something drastic takes place.

Day 6

I'd say the full effects of the SD are in swing now. Tonight was Chest/Tri's. biggrin.gif
Workout went very very well. Couldn't have been happier. ALL my lifts were uyp tonight. My last set on Flat bench i got (215x4) so i was very happy with this. This is up about 10lbs, i usually am around 205 on my 4th set on flat bench.Energy & Strength stayed with me throughout the entire night. I got to my last set and it was Close Grip DB Presses, and i was able to squeeze out (75'sx6). This is also up from 65's. So i was averaging about a 10lb increase tonight on everything.
Where i really notice though as far as a pump goes was in my tri's. After i did weighted Dips, my tri's were so tight they felt like coconuts inside there.

One thing i would like to share with everyone. Sunday, i went out and ran 8 miles, figured i would hit 1/4 of the marathon run. Well, i believe i felt some of the lower back pumps from this. I NEVER get lover back tightness running. But sunday, i had to stop running and walk 3 times during my run, because the pain was so bad in my lower back i couldn't continue. I i believe i am going to keep my cardio to my 2 milers until after PCT.

Still, NO SIDE EFFECTS to report. feeling great. BP maintaining steady at 143/70 today. Pumps and muscle hardness is lasting longer, instead of fading about 15 minutes after i leave the gym, the hardness is still there after i get home and shower, so this is certainly a welcomed side effect. I must say, the strength gains i saw tonight, were very pleasing. Tomorrow is Legs/Abs. So, looking very forward to seeing how my legs do.

Day 7

Wanted to report a side effect. I was running on my lunch break today as i always do, and i had to stop twice on my 2 mile run because the lower back pump and tightness was so bad i couldn't handle it. I ended up walking the rest of the way home. So, i will hault running until after PCT. And i noticed today that my left nut has decreased in size a little bit. It's not major, but it is a little smaller.

Tonight is leg night, so i will post after tonights leg workout.

Day 7

Well, lastnight was legs and the night started off great. My daughter came to the gym with me. She was over playing while i started Lunges. Got done with those and moved onto Hack Squats. Saw a increase in strength here, around 20lbs. From there, i did Leg Presses. Leg Presses i was up about 20lbs as well from (500x8) to (520x8). I just felt like i had so much strength lastnight.

But............. after my Leg Presses is where my night took a DRASTIC turn. blink.gif

My daughter who is 4 came over to me before i started my Leg Extensions and told me to bend down, that she needed to whisper something to me. So i squat down to see what she needed and got a whiff of somethign and immediately knew what she was going to say. She said Daddy, you were so busy, and i couldn't find a bathroom anywhere that i pooped my pants. So, i was understanding as the bathroom is all the way in the back, and she had never been there before. So, i taker her to the bathroom to clean her up and OMG......................................

We get to the bathroom, i have her pull her shorts and panties down and si on the toilet. Her panties were FULL, lol so i just threw them away, wasn't even gonna fool with it. I cleaned her all up, and flushed..... Well to add to my troubles, the toilet backed up, and water went FRIGGIN everywhere. So i got a janitor and they said no prob, they would take care of it.

So, i ended up calling the night short, and took her home.

That's a great story. Had quite a few similar incidents. I always feel so bad for them when that happens. Sounds like your a good dad!

I agree with kbjrx5, at least it wasn't you! I know I've had to check myself before on squat day ohmy.gif !

Day 9

It's 1:29 a.m in the morning, and i am sad to report i will be stopping my Superdrol Cycle immediately. I do this with some regret, but with much wisdom of being able to read my body very well. This night has been a two edged sword for me.

I had one of the best lifts of my life in the gym tonight. But, since about 11:30 i have not been doing to well. To begin with i will start off by telling you of my night at the gym. Tonight was Back/Bi's night. Started off with Deads and they were simply amazing. Strength was off the charts. Last week, if you will recall i pulled up (275x4) on Deads on my 4th set. Well tonight, i pulled up (315x3). From there i went to my rows, and the rest of my back workouts felt like i could have kept going.

Proceeded onto what was a Bi workout that went great as well. Did my preacher curls and curled (110x5) on my last set. My concentration curls, & wide grip curls were all up in weight as well. I was feeling fine at this point which was around 9:45 p.m.

Got home, did my usuals, got my PWO down, showered, layed down to watch the game and was fine for awhile. Then i started getting very hot, like i have for about the last 4 days & started getting some heartburn. This may not sound odd, but i NEVER get heartburn. So i turned off the TV, rolled over in bed and tried to go to sleep. Well, my heartburn started getting worse and i started getting hotter. So i went to lay down on the couch, with the fan on me, and began to get some shortness of breath. It was getting pretty tough for me to breath, was having to take some pretty deep breaths. So i layed there for abit, and you know the feeling you get when your drunk and you lay on the bed and then the room starts to spin. Well, that's exactly what happened to me. So, i layed there for abit longer letting it pass, and still short of breath and still having heartburn.

So, i came upstairs to the computer and i am now here typing this at 1:41 a.m. and still very light headed with heartburn and shortness of breath. I will be ceasing my consumption of Superdrol immediately.

Now, i cannot say 100% that the SD caused this, but i do know for the last few days i have been hotter than normal. My Blood Pressure Cuff is at my mother-in-laws or else i would be taking my BP right now. Just had to take another deep breath to get in some Oxygen, and still feel very light headed. I have not done anything differently. As you all know i am VERY anal about sticking to a routine and i haven't done anything any different. So, to be on the safe side, i believe it best for me to start PCT starting in the morning. Well, i guess it is morning, but you know what i mean.

I am sorry to have to report this kinds news as it is abit IRONIC that on this night i may have had the best workout of my life!! But i have a wife & 3 girls i have to watch out for as well as myself.

Very interesting man. Sorry to hear about the rough night. How's it going this morning? I've been watching closely as I'm about to start my cycle next week (albeit a bulking one). Keep us posted as to what's up. Hope everything returns to normal and thank you for sharing your observations.

As far as the CKD and Xpand. Why would it have taken 2 weeks for those thigns to affect me. The Xpand DEFINATELY works, I've never been more ready for my workouts since taking it. Honestly, i just can't pinpoint what may have caused this, but i am just taking some precautions and stopping my SD Cycle. Now, like i said, i'm not blamingthe SD one bit, just figure i should take some precautions in case it is, ya know.

Hey bud, sorry to hear about your bad night. I too have been quite hot the last 3 or 4 days. No shortness of breath or other symptoms though. I have slept like crap the last 2 nights and have had a dull headache that comes and gos..but as I said in my other post, that's not uncommon for me after I work a tour of 12 hour night shifts and am trying to get back to a normal sleep pattern (usually just before I go back on nights sad.gif )

I will be getting my BP checked later this morning though. I will let you know if there is anything abnormal. Have you checked yours since last night?

Do you think maybe you just pushed it too far last night because you felt so good? I know I've done that before. About 2 months ago, not on any cycle, I decided to go whacky on squats and deads. I decided to do 100 reps of each @225 by alternating sets of 25. So on my third set rep 18 (so really 75 squats and 68 deads), I just came un-glued. A weird pain went through my head and I thought I was going to pass out. Complete weakness all over. I went and flopped around on the couch for a little while wondering if I was gonna croak. After a while a felt good enough to get up, but for the next 2 days I was just a mess. I couldn't do shit. Same kind of deal, weak, dizziness, shortness of breath. By the end of the next day I was getting ready to go to the doc, but I got up the following day and felt pretty good. Don't know if I blasted my CNS or what but it was weird.

Not sure if your going through something similar. Just offering up ideas. I definitely will be keeping in touch though. Let me know how you are doing.

It could have something to do with how insane my lifts went lastnight. I mean i felt like mad man in the gym and i lifted like it as well. I got a workout from Hell lastnight thats for sure. I felt like everything you described after your intense workout vetteman. And right now, today i am SOOOO Weak!!!

I think i will be taking tonight off from shoulders and resting up this weekend and recover a little and hit the gym again on monday.

Sounds like a good idea. Sometimes you just need to take a break. I know sometimes, especially when you're on a cycle, you feel like you have to get after it come hell or high water, cause you don't want to "waste" your cycle. But I've found some of my best gains have come when my body just says enough and I take a little break.

Please keep us posted over the next couple of days. I'll be updating Scalatos HMMM thread in a little while.

I am feeling alright today. I actually ended up taking off work yesterday. Woke up about 3:30 a.m. and my stomach was so knotted up it felt like there was a meat grinder in there. About 7:30 Monday morning after i called into work, and my 4 year old daughter came in an prayed for me, which was AWSOME by the way, and then i fell asleep and didn't wake up until 2 p.m. yesterday afternoon. Since then i have felt fine.

Now, i know this is going to sound really sick, and this is a bit detailed but, something very strange happened today about 10:30. I had to go to the bathroom, so i grabbed a magazine here at work and went and sat down. Now, this is where it gets strange. My crap was Black, i mean Black as Cole. In 27 years, i have "NEVER" crapped black!!!! I honestly believe my body was ridding itself of some impurities.

So, thanks to everyone that checked up on me, i truly wasn't sure i was going to make it through thursday night. But, i'm ok and well. But i'll tell ya, today really has me wondering???

Interesting stuff. Please keep us posted as to everything that's going on post-sd. Will be a big help to others. I was giving it a hard look but have kind of backed off a little bit. As for the crap, I've had dark dark brown but cant recall black. Good luck.

I am not blaming the SD. I reprot as fairly and honestly as i can. It's our logs and our encounters that help one another, and thats what i'm here for, to report on the very stuff we all taking or planning on taking.

Who knows, maybe i already had a bug and just got sick during the SD Cycle. Maybe not! All i can do is report on what takes place. Hope this log helps someone else as we are a family here.

I would like to report that ALL strength gains remain from my SD. I did Chest/Tri's tonight and i was able to hit the 95lb DB's very nicely. I was not sure how my workout would go tonight after being so sick, but to my surprise, i couldn't have asked for a better lift. I am really impressed that the strength was there, sure put a smile on my face. I felt really good afterwards. A nice shower, and a good nights rest and i'd say i'm back at 100%.

Hey man, just read this and had to register to reply. A couple weeks back I got sick as hell and started crapping black too. I had most of the symptoms you mentioned. It turns out I had food poisoning AND the flue. I spent the first night throwing up/crapping alot, but then when I awoke I had the flue. I continued to crap black for a few weeks, but now it has returned to it's natural brown. I never saw a doctor about it or anything like that, but I don't believe it had any negative effects on my body, besides stomach problems which have subsided.

Black shit my be ....
1. too much Iron in the diet
2. pepto bismal or anything with bismuth in it.
3. upper G.I. bleed. (the blood in the stomach acid releases its Iron in the heme.)
4. sometimes blue gatorade or Grape cool-aid.

but from what your discribing your blood sugar may have been a little too low (CKD)
or your B/P may have been a lot to high.

Hey Vince, that's why i refused to blame it on the Superdrol or any other supplement i was taking. I really wasn't sure what the cause was. But i figured it as good of time as any to go ahead and stop the cycle and get myself back to 100%.
