Personal measurements:
arms 18.5, chest 52, waist 34, hip 36, quads 28, calves 18 1/4
*Training experience/personal history: 11 years of weight lifting experience. 6 years training experience including one junior nationals champ. 10 years of anabolic use discontinued this year. I have been using PH's with great result however will not be using any PH's or other "physically augmenting" supplements in order to test the true effectiveness of
MRM metabolic pump.
*Present diet and training outline: Current diet is very basic and is a maintanance 3700 calories which has been my base caloric intake for over one year. The MUSCLEMILK shakes account for 2000 calories and the rest come from meats and dairy. All meats are weighed to calculate total caloric/protien intake. I will be staying on the same diet I have been on for a year. My diet includes:
4 musclemilk shakes/skim milk daily.
Chicken, steak, eggs, cottage cheese.....simple huh? yeah nothing fancy about it. I do have a busy schedule and must keep things very basic.
*My traing is very basic. Modays chest and tri's, wednesday back
and bi's and friday I do legs. I do train heavy and use moderately slow,
very concentrated movements. I do little to no cardio.
* My present goals are simply to use
MRM with my current diet and use NO other "physically augmenting" supplements to test it's true effectiveness. I will continue to train hard and my diet will remain the same. The only difference will be the
MRM.
* Supplements I will use are basically neurological support nutrients which include:
Chocamine: 1gram per day
Piracetame: 6 grams per day
Vinpocetine: 10 mg per day
Lecithin: 10 grams per day
picamilon: 200mg per day
Policosanol: 10mg per day
Lithium orotate: Two 120mg tabs per day
Pantothenic acid (b-5): 2 grams per day
5-HTP: 200mg per day
LIPO-6: Just 1 cap before my workout for increased concentration and intensity.
MUSCLEMILK: four servings per day with skim milk
CLA: 5 grams per day
My training consist of basic compound movements. My training consist of very slow concentrated movements that tax the muscle very quickly so dont expect to see a shit load of sets and reps or outrageous weights.Typically I raise the weight to a three second count and lower it to an eight second count. This is very taxing on the muscle and creates muscle fatique alot quicker then traditional methods. This method keeps me growing and strong without taxing my joints or causing overtraining. Here are my current lift's and poundages:
Monday ( I receive and began
MRM on this day)
CHEST:
Flat bench: two warm up sets with 150lb's. 12 reps with 315lb's. 6 reps with 365lb's. DONE!
Incline bench: 12 reps with 300'lb's. 6 reps with 345 lb's. Done!
Dumbell flyes: 10 reps with 90 lb's. 6 reps with 120 lb's. THESE REALLY BURNED!
Thats all I did for chest.
TRI's: ( My tri's are naturally very well developed. Benching alone works them well however I do work them some).
Dumbbell over head extension: 10 reps with 75lb's. 6 reps with 85lb's. After that super slow set my tri's were fried!

I recieved my first bottle of
MRM metabolic pump MONDAY. I immediately used it 30 minutes prior to my workout. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it mixed and how good it tasted. I am thrilled this product uses the tried and true
creatine monohydrate. Ive always seen better result from good ole monohydrate. The taste is very good and goes down very easy...that's a big plus.
Sunday, 18th, I will make this short and sweet. Other than an incredible and sometimes painful pump I havent noticed much in the area of strength or
endurance increases. My lifts are basically the same as previous weeks. I do notice that it increase my alertness levels a bit more, but it doesnt do much as far as slowing muscle fatique. Ive been on two servings a day for 7 days and my body weight and lift's havent changed. I was hoping for more as far as muscular
endurance is concerened.
Obviosly i havent been on long enough for a legite review. i have one more week left on the product and will hope it kicks in a bit better. I must say the pumps are incredible and the bulging veins are cool to look at but I expect more in the performance area. Sometimes the pumps hurt so much they reminded me of equipoise.
I'll chime in next week with my final results and BF%
