| Ive never tried ZMA before. Im 20 yrs old, 6'1", bout 193 lbs. I was woundering if at my age taking ZMA would be appropriate, I know my own test. production is at it's peak right now, but would taking this sup. give me a greater advantage, or would it not be worth the money. Also if I did decide to use, should I go with a cheaper product or does price matter (bulknutriton?). any advice would be appreciated. |

| I've been using ZMA for the last few months, and personally I haven't really noticed an increase in natural test. My main reasoning for taking this supp is to increase the quality of my sleep at night...Usually I'm tossing and turning, but w/ the ZMA, once I'm out, I'm out for the night. I also get some crazy dreams, so it's all good... I can't wait to try the 1fast400 brand of ZMA...It's way cheaper than any other manufacturer's... |
