I haven't tried ALCAR or Citrulline Malate. Both have definetly peaked my interest. Both seem to really increase energy. Is one preferable over the other? If you just had one to buy, which one would it be? Much Thanks, Conan

Not sure CM is worth it? Are you kidding me? Holy hell, CM will improve performance as much as (or possibly more than, in my book) creatine. It depends on your needs. CM will blow away alcar for workout performance. WAY more bang for the buck...

Its cheap enough for the small bottle going to try it. alcar gives me energy tho not like caffeine but different and better workouts thought MC would be much of the same.

I imagine I should get within the week. I currently take CEE , Alcar with white grape juice an hour or so pre workout once in awhile will add caffeine maybe half vasopro. Do you recomend adding the CM with my pre workout mix? Thanks

Thanks Guys!! Is one better at burning fat than the other? I've read that alcar will reduce bodyfat. If Citrulline surpasses creatine for anaerobic power than it would be an improvement over creatine. Creatine definately works, it just makes me gain bodyfat like crazy. Even the ethyl ester gives me a puffy look. Anyone tried Hoodia for a cutting phase?

Creatine may make you look puffy, but it will NOT make you gain fat. If anything, it will lower fat levels. Puffiness is water retention. CM does not improve power in the same way creatine does. It prevents or lessens the 'burn', and speeds recovery between sets (and workouts) like crazy. It provides endurance. In my opinion, though CM does not have any BF reducing mechanism persay, if something raises the volume of excercise, amount of weight, or duration of excercise substantially above what is normal for you, you will lose fat. If CM enables you to run 6 minute miles, instead of 8 minute miles, then you will burn more calories, and theoretically more weight. If it enables you to lift more with less rest between sets, you'll burn more calories, and... I'd call it an aid. I could be wrong though.

Makes sense. I used CMalate to increase my ability to swim distance, and more frequently. And so I started getting leaner. Great stuff, CMalate, and a good price here at Bulk Nutrition. I find it stacks nicely with ALCAR as well, but if I had to choose between CMalate & ALCAR for endurance work, I'd go for the CMalate. (YMMV)
