
It would be nice if mixed fibre supplements were available from here. Psylium husks dont agree with everyone - in my case they actually make constipation and gastric function worse. Other types of fibre such as soluble, insoluble pectins, gums, oat fibre, etc offer so much more than psylium husks alone, such as greater drops in BP and cholesterol, improved colon function, reduced harmful bacteria growth, less gastric iritation, etc.
I now use a mixed fibre supplement (soluble and insoluble fibres from a variety of sources) with beneficial bacteria added and it works so much better than psylium husks - more regular, easier to pass stool, etc.
