Got mine in the mail early this week. It's been a hectic week at work, and workouts/diet aren't really a priority when working double shifts of intense, manual labor every day. Gonna start on Monday, here's my personal info and background:

1. Name: Victor Lasato

2. Age: 26 (27 on July 19)

3. Sex: Sure, why not. J/K… Male

9. Weight: 224 – 230 lbs (depends on dehydration/water intake and amount of physical labor done during my job, as well as training & Cardio

10. Height: 5’11”

11. Bodyfat (if known): 13.7% (Accumeasure, fitness 2000 calipers. been using them for a while now and get consistent measurements).

12. Personal measurements (cold & flexed): arm: L 17 ¼” R 17 3/8” chest: 46”, waist: 36”, hip ~32”, quad 28”, calf: 22”

14. Optional: Do you use prescription/recreational drugs that you feel will alter the results of the product test in any way?

14A: I use adderall, however I have recently been supplementing w/ choline, ALC, and E-NADA which has allowed me to lower my adderall dose drastically. I see no reason why Adderall would negate the effects of a NO-type product. I’ve used such products in the past, however the only “pump” was noticed by my girl, in the bedroom if ya’ catch my drift. I did notice slight strength gains, but nothing spectacular. I’ve used recreationals in the past, but no longer. Occasionally ambein to sleep.

15. Optional: Do you have any disabilities or life situations that may alter the results of the product test in any way?

15A: I have narcolepsy and sleep apnea, however NO-type products could very possibly improve my sleep-apnea symptoms by increasing blood-flow at night, keeping my limbs from going numb. My sleep specialist Dr. confirms this, as well as recommends the use of L-Tyrosine, Choline, Co-Q-10, Ginko, ALC for alleviating both the narcolepsy and sleep apnea due to their vasodialating properties.

Day 1 (Monday, 4/19)

Weight 228
bf: 14.8%

Meal/supp 1, 4:30 a.m:

one scoop Metabolic Pump (MP from now on)
4 egg whites, 2 eggs.
1 cup oatmeal
1tbsp almond butter mixed in oatmeal
1 tsp. flax seed

Meals 2-4:
7:30- cottage cheese w/ pineapple
10:00- 2 nutrigrain bars, 1 Meta-Meal by MRM
2:00 (pm)- Wendy's Grilled Chicken Samich' small chili, unsweatened Iced tea

Pre-Workout 3:30-
1 scoop MP, 3 scoops GO

WORKOUT 4:00-5:45-
Upper/Inner Chest: Incline Bench 155lbs 2 x 10 reps, 1 x 6 reps
close-grip hammer-strength press 110 lbs 2 x 7, 1 x 4
Quads: Hack squats 270 3 x 15, leg xtnsions, cybex, 5 plates (the numbers are faded off) 1 x 15, 1 x 12)

Workout was good. just came off 2 weeks of circuit training to mix things up a bit, so my lifts were down some, but I noticed that I'm sweating SIGNIFICANTLY less, and being on adderall I usually sweat like a crack-head in July. This must be from the MP, as it is the only thing different I'm doing. even people in the gym were asking, "hey Vic, where's your sweat rag?" If this is the only effect I experience from the MP, I'll use it for life as I hate being that dripping wet guy that's gotta wipe the equipment down like I just did cardio on it.

Post Workout 6:00- 2 scoops (50g protein) Miceallar Matrix protein, 1 bananna, 40g. Dextrose

Meal 6, 8:30 pm: one packet tuna stirred into crushed up ramen noodles, w/ inulin (to slow absorbtion of the carbs) the tuna/ramen noodle thing sounds gross but It's what I used to eat in jail every night (minus the inulin, of course) and it kinda stuck w/ me. hey don't knock it till you try it.

Sleepy Time: 10 g. taurine ZMA

Day 2: 4/20

Happy 4/20 everyone

(Unfortunate) Meal 1, 3:30 am: 1/2 enteman's chocolate cake, 1/2 gallon 2% milk

I've had a problem w/ night binging since I hit puberty. I've been good for the last 4 months but slipped last night. I didn't even remember doing it until I woke up for work an hour later, burping up chocolate cake, with a blood glucose reading of 280 (not diabetic, but like to measure it frequently as it's in the family)

Meal #2 3/4 cup oatmeal, 3 boiled egg whites, 1 boiled egg, ketchup/salt/pepper on top

Meal #3, 1 meta-maeal packet, 1 small bag cashews
#4 low-fat chicken enchaladas

Pre-workout 3:30 pm: 1 scoop MP, 3 scoops GO
WORKOUT: Back (rowing movements) rear-delts, calves

Good workout, once again. Still, virtually no perspiration, and it was hot in the gym. seemed a bit more vascular too, nothing earth-shattering though.

Post workout: 6:00 50 g. micellar matrix, 1 bananna, 40g dextrose

8:30: eggs, potatoes, peppers, onions, fried in pam.

Sleepy Time: 9:30 pm: 1 scoop MP, 10g taurine, ZMA

Wednesday, 4/21

2:15 am. yet another "unintentional meal." I threw out any junk food in my house and explained to my roomates that if they want to keep such food they have to keep it in their rooms, locked up. but that didn't stop me from finishing off another 1/2 gallon of 2% milk, and probably about 7 tbsp of peanut butter, and two granola bars. I'm gonna get a lock and hasp for the fridge/freezer if this shit keeps up.

4:30 am: one scoop metabolic pump, 20g. egg white (liquid)

7:30- 3/4 cup oatmeal, one meta-meal.

7:45-12:00- strenuous manual labor. still noticed that my heart rate was unusually low, and sweating significantly decreased.

12:00- wendy's chicken fillet, small chili, sug-free ice-t.

2:00: packet tuna, two granola bars.

4:00 WORKOUT. today is my off day. did 20 mins of HIIT cardio, followed by 25 minutes of lower-intensity. after 20 mins of HIIT, which usually brings my pulse up to 165, my pulse was at 133

THIS IS PROOF POSITIVE THAT THIS STUFF INCREASES AEROBIC CAPACITY. at least in my book.

6:00 two chicken breasts, sweet potato, honey mustard sauce.

8:00 1/2 cup ice cream w/ 50g. micellar matrix protein
9:00: sleepy time. ZMA, ambien.

11:30 pm: roomate said she came home and saw the kitchen was a mess with syrup, walnuts, and waffles. I woke up the next morning burping all those ingredients up but have no recollection of eating anything. probably due to the ambien.

this night binging shit's gota stop. it usually hits me in the spring/summer every year. no doctor has been able to suggest a cause or treatment for this. I took the ambien to prevent waking up and eating, all it did was keep me from remembering it.

my apologies to 1-Fast for slacking on the posts. I've been backloged with work between my day job and writing assignments. once I'm caught up I'll post my progress from 4/23-4/26

OK, I've been real busy for the past week and a half, so here's my updated posts and comments from Thursday, 4/22, through yesterday, 5/1. I was hit with over 200 pages worth or research papers during the past week from various clients (some of you are reading this right now) in addition to my day job. Diet has been surprisingly clean considering my lack of food-preparation time, but workouts have been rushed and instead of doing cardio on some days, I simply up the intensity of my delivery work, which includes loading, unloading, and stocking upwards of 200 cases of soda, coffee, or paper products a day. within the course of a day I probably move about a ton of product.

All days I ate between 4 and 7 snack/meals. I'll just be posting the total calorie content. based on a 40/20/20 ratio, you'll know the macronutrient breakdowns. any meals that fall outside this "zone" I'll note the actual breakdowns.

After being on Metabolic Pump at 2 servings on workout days, 1 serving on off days, and 2 servings on off days where I'm doing a lot of heavy labor, the bottle is gone. While I've noticed a PHENOMINAL increase in aerobic capacity, and a "better-than-average-creatine-induced" strength gain, I did not notice anything extraordinary in terms of repartitioning or increases in vascularity. my vascularity did increase, but not nearly as much as when supplementing with glycerol 2 hrs pre-workout. Overall, I think 4-6 weeks would be a better time to guage any repartitioning effects from the product. but I am happy with it. however, at $30 for a two week supply, I think Metabolic Pump is a bit cost-prohibitive for most.

I'll keep this in the same book with Leptigen, Pro-Lab's "lean mass matrix," and CLA, in terms of supplements that I'll only use if I've got some extra money to burn.

My logs for the past 9 days are as follows:

Friday, 4/23

Woke up thismorning, 4:30 as usual. no night bingeing, YAAAYYYY as Special Ed would say. Also, I can walk, which is unusual for the morning after my leg workout. Metabolic Pump definately helps w/ recovery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: often, due to my sleep apnea, my hands, feet, or limbs are somewhat numb when waking. Lately, they haven't been. the only thing that has changed it the Metabolic Pump added to my workout. this must be increasing circulation, a positive indeed.

Meal schedule is the same as yesterday, totaling 2500 cals.

First serving Metabolic Pump: 4:30 am.

Second serving: 3:30 pm, along w/ 20g whey protein and a granola bar.

Workout: 4:15 pm: Shoulders, lower chest, tris workout was good. good pumps, nothing extrodinary. strength up on all lifts HIIT cardio 15 mins, low-intensity, 10 mins.

Post-workout meal: 500 cals, 6:00

8:00, two slices pizza, two light beers.

11:00 pm. turky burger, 3 medium sized onion rings, sug-free iced-T (diner)

1:00 am, night supps, bed time

Thursday, 4/29

3:30 am. night binge. not too bad this time. one can tuna, 4 tbsp. peanut butter, 1/3 gallon milk. ~450 cals.

Rest of the meals throught the day were on par with every other day. total cals, 2500.

1.25 servings metabolic pump, one am, one pre-workout.

Workout: Deadlifts, quat ext, hamstring curls, calves. hamstrings cramped a bit during curls, had to cut that short. rest of the workout went well. especially deadlifts, percieved exertion was much less than normal.

Metabolic Pump bottle is empty, so this ends my cycle.

My final thoughts, as posted above:

After being on Metabolic Pump at 2 servings on workout days, 1 serving on off days, and 2 servings on off days where I'm doing a lot of heavy labor, the bottle is gone. While I've noticed a PHENOMINAL increase in aerobic capacity, and a "better-than-average-creatine-induced" strength gain, I did not notice anything extraordinary in terms of repartitioning or increases in vascularity. my vascularity did increase, but not nearly as much as when supplementing with glycerol 2 hrs pre-workout. I'll keep this in the same book with Leptigen, Pro-Lab's "lean mass matrix," and CLA, in terms of supplements that I'll only use if I've got some extra money to burn.

In addition, I was going to add before/after pics, but as my bf stayed the same, and there was no discernable size increase (no one else noticed, and I had to stare in the mirror for a while to notice anything), posting pics would be a waste of time. If this were a 6 or 8 week cycle, before & after pics would be more applicable.

I'd like to thank David Tolson and the whole 1-Fast crew for allowing me to test-drive this stuff. Overall, the strength increases are on par w/ plain-old creatine monohydrate, but the aerobic capacity gains were off the charts phenominal. I last longer when jogging, "doing the nasty," and other cardio activities. I wish I had tried this stuff during the ski season, as that would have really put this stuff to the test as skiing is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic stress.

The bottle was supposed to have ~23 servings as "one slightly heaping scoop" I guess I was heaping them too much as I only got about 18 servings out of it
