They are firm & perky. You have nothing to worry about. I myself am a Boob guy and i think they are wonderful. Absolutely nothing wrong with 36c. Aside from your Breasts & your AMAZING glutes, i would like ot take the time to commend you on your weight loss. 60 pounds, that's Awsome Doc. And yes, as long as you cut and get lean and trim, your breast size will decrease, but that takes absolutely nothing away from them. I personally think they fit your body just fine. Keep up the hard work!! 
but why risk the dangers of it, another family member of mine got her boobs done and she had to take one out cuz it got infected.
