Avena Sativa Powder
I am looking to lower my SHBG levels as I want to of course free up my testosterone. The active ingredient in Avena Sativa is Avenacosides. First of all, does this product have avenacosides that are potent enough to lower shbg? And more importantly, does this product work? People are recommending Unleashed from pf.com but they don't have paypal. Thank you for your replies.

Hey, it has what bulknut says it has. They don't bullshit. Whatever % avencosides they say it has, it has.

Is it high enough potency to lower SHBG? I'm not sure, but IIRC it is $7 for a bunch of it, so I think you can probably afford to take very high doses of it and still save money over other products.
