I am excited to test Skulpt and will use this opportunity as extra motivation to get my body back in shape. My expectations are that the Skulpt will help to see some improvement sooner in those areas that it is applied. I welcome any constructive advice, suggestions, tips, or encouragement.

My story...

-Age 38
-Sex Male
-Weight 252
-Height 6’2"
-Body fat 26.6 measured with FatTrack II
-Chest 48"
-Waist 43" @ bellybutton/handles

I had always lifted and run until age 33. Then, with family and work,
I let my exercise program fade away and developed a nice load of fat.
Now, I have balanced my priorities better and have made time for
my health a scheduled event again. I'm 4 weeks into my new 6 week plan
after five years off and feeling better everyday.

The first thing I did was to clean up my diet by tossing the beer, chips,
and other junk. Then I started to workout, but I've been careful to
take it slow and build up slow. After two more weeks, I feel that I'll
be ready to move into a higher gear and start making more progress now
that I'm feeling more confident about my joints, connective tissue, and
overall conditioning.

- Typical Diet Plan

7:00 Whey protein shake made with water
8:30 Kashi Go Lean cereal or Oatmeal mixed with yogurt or protein shake made with skim milk
11:30 Can of tuna or salmon with broccoli or spinach
1:30 Almond or Peanut snack
4:00 Grilled chicken or fish with lettuce or celery
7:00 Lean Beef with brown rice and a veggie
10:30 Protein shake

Tons of water all day.

-Workout schedule

Everyday

7:15-7:45 Fast walking for 1 minute, Fast run for 15 seconds (HIIT style)

Day 1

Bench Press 2 x 12-14 reps
Dips 2 x 2-3 reps
Chin ups 2 x 2-3 reps
Dumbbell Rows 2 x 12-14 reps
Dumbbell Curls 1 x 12-14 reps
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 1 x 12-14 reps

Day 2

Abs: Crunches, Hanging leg raises, or something new

Day3

Squats 3 x 14-18 reps
Leg Curls 3 x 12-14 reps
Calve Raises 4 x 14-16 reps

Repeat above cycle

-Supplements:

Multivitamin
B-100
C-1000
E-400
CoQ10
Tonalin CLA 1000 X3
7-Keto 100 X2
ON Whey Protein X2-3

-Present goals

Immediate plan is to build more muscle and improve general conditioning to help my metabolism and body composition.

Intermediate goal is to achieve 16% BF

-I plan on applying Skulpt to stomach, handles, and sides of chest once in the morning after showering and then again in the afternoon around 6 pm.

Have you counted the cals on your diet? Just eyeballing it, it looks like you could stand to include a few extra cals and still lose weight. I could be wrong, but if not, you could probably put a tbsp of flax in one or more of your shakes to get some good fats as well.

I finished the CLA and replaced it with Flax oil on Monday. Also moved my calories to 2500 from 1800. I cut cardio to three days a week and combined all lifting into a full body workout 3 times a week. This is challenging for me and I had been on my initial schedule for 5 weeks and needed a change.

Started Skulpt a week ago Monday (one morning application and one evening application) and I'm making steady progress. On my first application I learned two lessons. First, it does stain/color your hands and the application area. After washing my hands the color came off easily and once dry on me, no problems were noticed. Second, just after application there is a very cool sensation kind of like Vicks or Icy Hot. It was too late as I sprayed across my chest rubbed in and the high beams came on full blast blink.gif

By Thursday I had the application cleanup process down but I started to notice that if my evening application was too late, I was having trouble falling asleep. I moved the second application to no later than 6:00pm each day and this has taken care of my sleep issues.

I also noticed this past weekend that my bed sheets are stained as I sleep on my stomach. My own personal Gut of Turin.

Overall, my first week impression of Skulpt is positive as I feel that there is improvement in the applied areas. I will post follow up pics this weekend. There are some drawbacks with the staining. And now that it is not a surprise, I'm enjoying the cool feeling after the spray.

I used the last of the Skulpt of Saturday night. So it only lasted about three weeks for me. I was applying either 6 or 7 sprays twice a day.

I'm still making progress and dropping bodyfat. I'll post pics again and continue to track my progress, but I'm not sure what effects to attribute to the Skulpt versus Diet and Exercise. I think increasing my lifting intensity and calories have been a help too. Overall I am pleased with my results and will continue to my goals.
