I am doing abs at home on Wednesday and Saturday. 4 sets each day. For cardio I engage in HIIT cardio on Mon, Wed, and Thurs. Tues and Fri, I play basketball. On Mon and Thurs, I do the HIIT after my workout.
Nutritionally I am trying to keep a 400-500 calorie deficit a day. I take in about 210 g. of
protein, 220 g of carbs(no matter what does
Atkins guys tell me, I'm keepin' my carbs!), and 60 g. of fat. Now like any person that isn't insane, I will sometimes break from my diet, but that is not too often.

SkulptChances are, if my chest fat/gyno recedes, it will be the gyno since I have cut down before and my fat/gyno never drastically reduced.
Alright! I will spraying on my lower chest. I have a slight case of gyno caused by puberty. Not too visible unless I'm wearing a
tight white t shirt or have my shirt off. When my nipples are hard, it looks almost normal but you can still tell. Somewhat soft w/ a little bit of a tough feeling when squeezed. It has haunted me for years now. Hopefully this will be the solution I've been looking for.
Today was my first application. Initial reactions. Feels nice. I like the slight cooling/burn from the menthol. Looks like I just killed someone and rubbed their blood on my nips because of the color!

Rubs in pretty quickly but it left my hands a light orange. My workout also went very well and none of the
skulpt rubbed off on my clothes since I gave it plenty of time to rub in.
