Howdy ho folks! As you can see, I'm testing out the Ergopharm's Skulpt. Hopefully this will receive better reviews than the previous version.
Age:18

I am doing abs at home on Wednesday and Saturday. 4 sets each day. For cardio I engage in HIIT cardio on Mon, Wed, and Thurs. Tues and Fri, I play basketball. On Mon and Thurs, I do the HIIT after my workout.
Nutritionally I am trying to keep a 400-500 calorie deficit a day. I take in about 210 g. of protein, 220 g of carbs(no matter what does Atkins guys tell me, I'm keepin' my carbs!), and 60 g. of fat. Now like any person that isn't insane, I will sometimes break from my diet, but that is not too often.
Supplements:
ON's 100% Whey Protein
Flax Seed Oil
VasoPro Ephedrine HCL
and of course Skulpt
Chances are, if my chest fat/gyno recedes, it will be the gyno since I have cut down before and my fat/gyno never drastically reduced.

Alright! I will spraying on my lower chest. I have a slight case of gyno caused by puberty. Not too visible unless I'm wearing a tight white t shirt or have my shirt off. When my nipples are hard, it looks almost normal but you can still tell. Somewhat soft w/ a little bit of a tough feeling when squeezed. It has haunted me for years now. Hopefully this will be the solution I've been looking for.
Today was my first application. Initial reactions. Feels nice. I like the slight cooling/burn from the menthol. Looks like I just killed someone and rubbed their blood on my nips because of the color! tongue.gif Rubs in pretty quickly but it left my hands a light orange. My workout also went very well and none of the skulpt rubbed off on my clothes since I gave it plenty of time to rub in.

It's good to see someone your age (18) that looks to be very well-informed. Hell, I'm only 21, but you know what I mean; a lot of us won't start to get serious and educate ourselves about stuff like this in the high school (or college freshman) days.

One question, though: Is there any reason you like to hit each bodypart twice a week? If you're not going very heavy, what you're doing is fine; I could just see a potential risk for overtraining if you train heavy with each workout.

Well the spray feels great and no skin irritation to report. But I did notice that it was hard for me to do my famous(in my own head) bouncing pecs. I would attribute this to the slight loss of mind-muscle connection after the menthol in the spray goes on. And I'm going to have to start looking away when I spray this on because some residue tends to fly in my mouth=no good!
And to answer the question, I train each bodypart twice a week to keep IGF levels high in the muscle. As I have read, IGF levels in the muscle drop after about 36-48 hours, and by training twice, I believe I get enough rest and keep the IGF levels fairly high throughout the week. I stick w/ heavy weights because I read on Avant Labs' forum that overtraining is very unlikely to occur in a couple weeks by using weights higer than 6 reps. Don't remember the thread, but it was a good read. It stated that overtraining probably won't occur as long diet and rest are kept in check and one stayed away from doing low rep maxes in their workouts. Plus I take a week off every 11 or 12 weeks. This is a good time of eating and relaxation. But I do tend to get anxious to get back into the gym.

I think I remember that thread, or at least something similar. Either way though, yeah, it should work out well. I respond a lot better to frequent training myself.

Today was my day off from weights. I played basketball instead and worked up quite a sweat. I think I experienced the first bit of DMSO breath this morning. I could taste something weird in my mouth in the morning and when I asked my friend, he said my breath did smell slightly weird. But it was nothing serious because it was completely masked after chewing some gum. So far, the bad breath has not resurfaced. Maybe it wasn't DMSO breath, but my mouth just tasted and smelled funny for a little bit. No real visible results on my lower chest to report yet.

Okay, staining has begun! The residue from my morning application ran off while I was drying off from my shower and stained my towel. Oh well! But seriously, the smell of alcohol is horrendous! Results wise, my gyno/fatty area on my lower chest is feeling a little less tough. My abs are showing better now too,but I'll attribute that to the cardio and decreased caloric intake.

Today, I 15 mins of HIIT and then I played basketball for about 30 minutes. Still nothing truly negative to report. But still nothing spectacular to report either. But maybe it is because of the water retentive characteristic of yohimbine. Maybe I'll have to wait until I'm off Skulpt to see how well it worked. Anyone know?

Ouch, my workout went terribly! My strength was down on Incline DB Presses and DB Shoulder Presses. I have been doing alot of work these past couple days and haven't gotten much sleep, so that is probably the reason. I'll make sure I get in plenty of sleep this week. Maybe a couple naps here and there too! Well, the Skulpt is greatly staining my chest. My girlfriend actually thought I was overusing a rub-on tanner on my lower chest. Imagine everywhere part of your body having a normal color, but then your lower chest is dark orange. Yeah, that's what I look like. But the small and slightly hard part of chest fat/gyno has gotten a little softer and my nipples, which usually just become hard after contact w/ water or rubbing, is hard for a couple of hours after I put on Skulpt.

The spray is coming out more like a direct shot instead of a wide spray. Not much of a bother since more of it now goes on my chest and not toward my face/mouth. I've also stained two of my undershirts so far, so make sure you guys let it completely dry and make sure you don't sweat too much when you're wearing light colored shirts.

The spray is coming out terribly. I'm guessing there's a load of residue buildup, but it really is coming out bad. I still can't see any definite visible changes.

My workout went well today! My shoulder nagged me a little bit, but my pounds on bent-over rows increased. The Skulpt comes out terribly now. It's more like a weak direct squirt. I have to now put the bottle right next to my chest. No real difference yet either. My abs are coming out better though due to the decreased caloric intake and cardio. I'm feeling pretty good, but I hope to God the dang fat/gyno goes away.

Sorry to all you out there for slacking off, but it has been a tough and busy week. But I am keeping up with my workouts and nutrition. I really don't see it doing much on my chest yet. I've leaned up around my body, but my chest isn't really chaning much.

Got back to the gym today after being sick from Thursday to Sunday. My weights went down in Incline DB Presses, but went up for Bent-Over BB Rows. It still felt great getting back to the gym though after resting up and being sick and couch-ridden. And I am starting to see some reduction in chest fat, but the tissue still feels slightly hard and still feels about the same size. I'm not as knowledgeable in chemistry as Pat Arnold, but I think it would have been better to have used Formestane since 6-oxo seems to be more geared towards testosterone increases than estrogen reduction. Now if only I could make a nolvadex topical that was site specific that I could rub on my chest.

Past two days have gone very well. My leg/arm workout went great w/ increases in weights on every exercise. No real improvement in the gyno/fat, but the my muscles look much more defined including parts of my upper chest. My weight this morning was 172 lbs, down 6 lbs since I started. And the hardening effect the spray has on my nipples has decreased greatly.

I'm looking much leaner these days, but as I have stated before, ,my lower chest isn't doing much better. But I don't really want to pass judgement on Skulpt until I'm done with it.

I'm at 11% bodyfat! This is the leanest I've been in awhile. My muscles are also looking much more full. My workouts have been going great and my cardiovascular health is also becoming much better. My HIIT sessions are able to go on for longer and I can sprint faster and I am able to rest less now. As for the Skulpt, as a site-specific fatloss aid, it is starting to show some good results, but as an anti-estrogen for my gyno, it seems to be of no help. But at least my chest fat is decreasing, which is a hard task for me to achieve. And the spray comes out well somedays and terribly other days. And I don't know if I'd put Skulpt on before going somewhere where you have to take off your shirt because the orange stain on my chest is almost impossible to get rid of.

My chest/back measurement is down .5 in since I started and I am looking slowly becoming defined. The tissue in my chest is still hard.

I'm sorry folks for not responding for awhile, but I had to travel across the country due to the passing of a family member. I am now out of Skulpt and have been off it for 5 days. Luckily all this time, I've been able to get my mind off the situation by going to the gym(thank goodness for my nationwide gym pass). My results after being off for 5 days and the entire cycle is a bodyfat percentage of 10.5 %, a little higher than I would have wanted, but still good for me. My chest size wrapped around the nipples has decreased by about .7 inches. There appears to be a good decrease in the amount of fat around the chest where I applied Skulpt, but the hard tissue is still present and doesn't seem to be much smaller. I will measure again shortly to account for the possible chance of water retention.
