Stats: 27 Years Old (Male) Height 5'11 188lbs BF% Approximately 13% On the CKD Diet (Adjusting cals accordingly, week by week) Cardio - 2 miles, 4 days/week I got my bottle of Thermal Rage in yesterday & began taking it today. I took 2 capsules this morning at 10:30. Before i did, i took BP. My BP prior to taking it was 145/70. This was Stimulant free for a week. I will check BP again this evening after i take my next 2 capsules around 3:30. As of now it's 1:15 and i feel somewhat of an increased heart rate, no jitters or shakes though. I will not be changing anything around, i will still be continuing my CKD Diet, and running 2 miles/day, 4 days/week. Beginning weight this morning was 188lbs. I will keep everyone posted on results and progress.

I took my BP & Temps after each my dosages yesterday. At 5:30 after i had taken both dosages, i took my BP again and it had raised very minimal. It was 148/70. And I also took Temps. Prior to takin Thermal Rage, my temp was 98. After my fisrt dosage, i took my temp at 11:00, and it was 98.3, after my second dosage at 3:30, i took my temp again at 6:30 and it was 98.9. So minimal rise in temp as well. About 2 hours after my second dosing i got light feeling. Other than that, all went well. Felt increases in my heart rate, but no jitters. Oh, and by the way, Good Luck Guys!!

My BP can vary +/- 5 on nothing. How much did your pulse go up? I take my BP and pulse 1st thing in morning after weighing. I'm sure my system is clean of Thermal Rage by then, but i have'nt noticed any pulse increase during day. Thnx

I forgot to take my pulse rate. It simply slipped my mind. I will begin taking my pulse rate tomorrow as well as BP & Temp.

Let me start off by saying this has been one of the most amazing days in the last 2 years i've had in regards to my training. I always run 2 miles on my lunch break. I have ran this route i have mapped out through town many, many times, while on Vaso & Lipo-6. My personal best in 2 years was 14:57. Well, today i DESTROYED that time. I ran a 13:55:36. I'll tell you what's amazing. Is the lightness i feel in my lunges so far while on Thermal Rage. You know after you get done with a run, and your lunges feel light. Well, this is the Exact feeling i have during the course of a day just sitting here at my desk in the office. I know this contributed to my faster time today. My lunges never felt heavy, NOT ONCE. I was sweating like a Stuck pig though. So i took my temp immediately following. Temp of only 98.5. So, this doesn't really heat your body up that much. I just really wanted to let everyone know this. I am thus far, VERY pleased with Thermal Rage. I will be taking BP again this evening around 5:30.

Excellent feedback thus far!

I have to say the 2 biggest things i notice on this is the fact that my lunges feel so light and so easy to breath. I know Tyramine can increase small amounts of Epenephrine in the body, not suppose to be enough to really be noticable or matter, but i am just wondering if this is the cause of this or something else? And the second most noticable thing is how much i sweat now when my heart rate increases. I have never sweat this much before. Friday night after my lift, i was drenched. It looked like i showered with my clothes on, LOL.

I know this isn't exactly a review of TR, but........ You guys know how i said friday was my personal best 2mile run in 2 years. Well, today at lunch i once again DESTROYED even that time. Todays run was 13:19:52. That's about 6:40 miles. And this is not on a track, this is flat, then hills and unlevel terrain. Now i'm not sure if this is the TR giving me this energy, but i can say i've never ran times like this ever before. It's all in my lunges though i do say that. My lunges are absolutely so light i don't even suck wind while running now. AMAZING!!

That is very impressive! Keep it up |

Nice results. I've dropped exactly 10 lbs from 4/26 til 5-5. I started carb diet with carb up every 7 days, so i'm sure least 6 lbs of it was water, but weight loss has been steady since.

Derek or Max32 Can one of you guys explain to me what is in Thermal Rage that is seemingly making my lunges feel so light while i run. Or anyone who may know this answer, as i am very curious.
| Posted by: DerekakaBeast May 9 2005, 02:31 PM | ||
My guesses would be the Bacopa or Evodiamine, or a combo of both. Bacopa has cognition enhancing properties and is anxiolytic (anxiety reducing), so perhaps your mind views the exercise as less stressful. Evodiamine has beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system and can reduce hypoxia, so perhaps there is a syngerstic affect between Evodiamine and the other ingredients which is causing more efficient oxygen exchange in your lungs. |

Feeling great. Just got done with my run today, and set yet another personal best. 12:43:25 for 2 miles. One thing i did notice today. It was a little warmer outside, 91 degrees. Once i got done with my run and took a cool shower, a half hour later i was still sweating profusly. I notice i sweat like a stuck pig on this stuff. Also, yesterday, i began 2 caps/3 times a day. I noticed a difference here as well, as before i was only taking it twice a day. Mowing the yard lastnight i could still feel it. One thing i do want to make mention. I have upped my water consumption to about 160 ounces/day. Weight is also down to 182lbs.

glad its not just me. I thought my body was adapting to this stuff but alas, did cardio today and was soaked. Congrats on the new record.

Took BP yesterday and it was almost exactly the same as it was 1 1/2 weeks ago. So it hasn't increased my BP any at all. Feeling great on this. Since i have taken Lipo-6/Ephedrine in the past i have come to a pretty good comparison between the two. Now granted i'm not stacking anything with the TR, but i must say i have been VERY impressed with it's effects. Between the two, i do think that the Lipo-6/Ephedrine stack took a little more body weight off somewhat faster but........... not without suffering some pretty noticable muscle loss. Now while taking TR, the pounds themselves haven't come off quite as fast but i haven't noticed ANY muscle loss at all, and my cardio is pretty friggin intense. I run 2 miles/day, 4 days/week. The weight is coming off SLOW & STEADY. Now i attribute some of that to the CKD diet i'm on, but..... the TR is certainly working. In 3 weeks i have dropped 7 pounds from 188 to currently 181. The thing i am most impressed with is the inches. I was about a 33 waist size 1 week before i started TR and my CKD diet. So in 4 weeks i am now a tight but not uncomfortable 31 waist. So i'm definately loosing BF & Inches. And that is what i'm after. I'd like to maintain 180-185lbs and be around 8-9% bf. I probably have another week and a half of TR to go so i will keep updating.

Nice job man. Not too much longer for me either.

OK, had my first bad experience with TR this morning. Not real bad but this is the first time it's happened. I was running late this morning getting the kids ready to go to the sitters and everything, so i didn't have a chance to eat breakfast. So once i got to work, i took my TR. And about 20 minutes later i was belching the stuff and it was so bad it almost gagged me, so i grabbed a Tablespoon of Peanut Butter and it helped, didn't belch it again. This was the first time that i had not eaten before taing the TR, so i do not recommend taking it on an Empty Stomach.

When I take it in the morning, I take it on an empty stomach and havent had any problems, as of yet. Maybe I just havent had to burp yet. If I did, I probably would've gotten your reaction too.

Weighed this morning now down to 180lbs. That's down 8 pounds from when i began. I have upped my dosages to 2 capsules, 3 times daily. I have noticed that i am alot more energized in the evenings as a result. I have 4 more days worth left and then i will be finished with my bottle. I must say, i have been so pleased that i already have another bottle sitting here waiting for me as i will be stacking it with Scorch on the next go around, but that will not be until August before i hit the beach. But, i have certainly been happy enough to buy another bottle of it. I plan on keeping this log going 2 weeks afterwards so i can report on how my running seems to be affected once i stop taking the Thermal Rage. I am curious to see the change in how light i say my lungs are when i run while taking the TR now. Should be interesting. I will keep everyone updated.

Nice log as well man. I'm also interested in the "lung feeling" after you're done w/ TR. I ran almost 2 miles the other day at a decent pace 7.5 and felt good. I was a little tired but the breathing was fairly easy. I'm not sure if I can attribute that to the weight loss or supplement. Since you're the runner, I'll let you keep us posted on that. I don't really have a "controlled" experiment in that regard, like you do. Keep it up.

U still training for the marathon man? Hows it going ?

J1Q how many miles you running now?
Posted by: J1Q Sep 6 2005, 12:45 PM
No Marathon fellas. It was TODAY!! I hurt the tendon behind my knee which made it impossible for me to train. It SUCKS, i put in so many miles and so much time ot not be able to run in the marathon. Over 100 miles of pavement time.
Posted by: scalato23 Sep 6 2005, 12:53 PM
Damn, that sucks man. Really really sorry to hear it. But, you have the experience fo training for it, cut up nicely, and next time it'll be easier for ya. Gotta think of the positives

Thanks Scalato, i appreciate the uplifting words. That's all we can do, is look at this as a great training experience and it got me ripped, LOL

DAMN, I feel for you. I placed a lot of time into training before for big endurance events, and can imagine how you feel last minute. Reading some of your posts has got me thinking about going back into endurance events, might dust the bike off, and look for sprint triathalons.

J1Q--Are you still running these days? If so, how far, and how are your times coming along? Also, are you still on Thermal Rage? If you're still on TR, I'm curious to hear how your times have improved or worsened. If you're no longer on TR, I'm still curious to hear how your times have improved or worsened. Thanks!
Posted by: J1Q Oct 4 2005, 06:29 PM
Yes, times DID drop off somewhat when i came off of the Thermal Rage. Not alot, but enough that i notice.

BUMP for an update. Have you established a correlation between either TR ingestion and decreased running times OR training while TR assisted and decrease in running time? Anyone else have endurance-based results with TR (old formula)? Help a bruthah out with some research. |
