| If you haven't tried capping. I recomend it fully. Just remember to buy a "Tamper" so you can get that cap full. The only downside is the mess you'll make. Your wife will get "ALL SORTS OF PISSED OFF!" Remember, the number one cause of DIVORCE is...........MARRIAGE! The Second is the mess your sloppy ass left! |

| that's the biggest signature i've ever seen in my life. agh my eyes! I tried capping CEE but the powder i got was so clumpy, that i had to break up the clumps before i could even squeese it into a cap with a tamper. BUt there were so many of the clumps, that it was taking too much time, so now i drink mix it in drink -vasu |

I didn't have that huge of a problem though. I like the convenience that popping the pills gives me. I already drink my protein and don't care to get diahrea 24/7. | I used to cap everything pretty much, now that Im taking like 10 supps at a time it really is a waste of time to cap all that crap. take a double shot of water, put your supps in it with craploads of gatorade, and down it as fast as you can lol, I would rather do that then spend 6 hours capping all that crap. |
