| Age:36 Male Height 5'11.5" Weight:185 Waist measurement 33. 1/4 inches Body fat (Tanita scale): 12% (uses .5 increments) Training experience: Have been training for fifteen years but not seriously until the last five. Currently training four days/week with three days HIIT (20-30 min.) using a treadmill/ eliptical machine. Training is heavy with lower reps (3-8). Majority of the lifts are compound movements (squats/deads/bench). Typical set/rep. example- Deadlift 4x6@275. Supplements being used: Multivitamin Fish/flax seed oil Whey protein powder (ON) PWO shake (N large 2) 6-OXO Beginning today- Skulpt Present goals: Maintain current LBM while dropping BF around the mid-section area. Other drugs currently used: OTC prilosec for acid reflux. My tape measurement will be around the waist at the height of the umbilical area. Pictures will be posted as I progress (initially as well). I have never used a topical and am looking forward to dropping some BF under a strict/regimented program during the upcoming weeks. Diet and training logs to follow....... |

| First day of application: 7 sprays in the morning (6 a.m.) and 7 sprays in the afternoon (3 p.m.). There was a slight burning sensation each time. Oddly enough, the second app. seemed to be more intense. Burning lasted about 15 min. and then subsided. There was also a light browning of the skin when applied as well. No staining that was noticed though (black shirt). No other sides to report..... |

| My current training routine. I am using a four day split M/T/Th/F for weight training. HIIT training is done 3-4 days/week as will be noted. | Diet for today: Whey protein shake with tbsp. flax oil (40g whey). Multivitamin and 1 6-OXO cap. Powerdrive drink with 700mg ALCAR blended in. Crawfish salad Includes crawfish, slight amount of mayo, peppers, onions. 1/2 cup fiber one cereal Post workout shake 75g cho/30g pro/4g fat (Prolab N large) Crawfish salad Includes crawfish, slight amount of mayo, peppers, onions. 20 raw cashews Flank steak w/mushrooms 1 6-OXO cap. 20 raw cashews Tub of FF cottage cheese 5 fish oil caps Caffeine free green tea (1 cup) Water consistently throughout the day (120 oz. total) |

| Possible side effect: Had severe heartburn overnight for the first time in awhile. This has been an issue in the past but this was with yohombine hcl taken orally. Although the delivery system is different could the Skulpt still effect the acidity level in my stomach? |

| I wouldn't think that it would just due to the nature of the delivery (transdermal), but I suppose it's possible. Are you getting the DMSO garlic breath thing? |

Haven't noticed any DMSO/garlic breath as of yet. Once again I had the acid reflux deal last night so I'm going to try applying the last dosage earlier in the day. If it continues, I may cut down to one app. at a higher dosage (more sprays). Would this be an acceptable modification? |

| 7 sprays to abdominal/oblique area 2x today am/pm today. Initial heat sensation again and acid reflux in the evening. No other sides to report. Diet log for Tuesday: Meal 1: Whey and flax shake with water Multivitamin 1 cap 6-OXO 1 prilosec tab Meal 2: 2 chicken/turkey sausages = 34g pro/4g cho/10g fat 5 fish oil caps (costco brand) Meal 3: Whey protein shake from MetRx= 40g pro/15 cho/2g fat 2/3 cup fiber one Handful of raw cashews Meal 4: Pulled pork BBQ (some sugar in BBQ sauce) 1 cup broccoli Arizona blueberry/green tea (no carb/sugar) Meal 5: 1 cup green tea FF/Sugar free jello pudding with 1 cup ff cottage cheese blended in Carb countdown milk sub. used (2 cups) to keep carb/sugars low. Water intake total=120oz. |

| Training log: Added 5 (20 sec.) hill sprints to B day. Legs are officially shot. Performed 20 min of HIIT (30/90) on stationary bicycle. --- Waist measurement 33.0 inches (1/4 drop) applied 7 sprays am/pm with no new sides to report. No heartburn on this day. --- Diet: Meal 1 Whey shake with flax oil Multivitamin 6-oxo (1 cap) Powerdrive with Alcar drink Meal 2 Chicken/Turkey sausage (2) with 5 fish oil caps Meal 3 PWO shake Meal 4 Free range beef patties/grilled (2) with green beans (2 cups) 1 cup green tea 1 6-oxo cap Meal 5 FF/SF jello pudding blended with 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese and carb countdown milk (2 cups) and fiber one sprinkled on top 1 6-oxo cap 120+ oz. H2o throughout the day Looking forward to carb overfeed day (Sat.) |

| OK and thanks for the reply. I'll try this out and perhaps my system will adjust and I'll be able to go back top the two applications/day eventually. |

| Training log for Friday (D day) Felt slightly stronger today as I used a six hour period yesterday for a refeed. Time to HIIT! After applying I had zero heartburn last night. I used 10 sprays in the morning. One side to note: A little increased acne in the back/face area as I usually have none. |

| Day 6: Weight 185 (no change) Body fat now @ 11.0% (1% loss) Side effects to this point: Initial heartburn seems to be less frequent now. Minor acne continues to appear on legs/delts/back/face. Training for the week: Average strength with weight training. Only 1 HIIT session so far this week (one more today). Diet: Whey/flax oil shake Multivitamin 6-oxo cap (3/day) PWO shake (N large from Prolab) Turkey/chicken sausage (34g pro/10g fat) with 1 cup brocolli 1/2 cup fiber one cereal 2 Atkins advantage bars (slipped a little on this one) Extra lean Hamburger patty with lima beans 30 dry roasted/salted almonds 2 cups ff cottage cheese H2O@120+ oz. |

| Continuing to apply 7 sprays 2x daily. Note: Pump apparently was clogged yesterday and after some work it is spraying effectively again. Also tipped over in my gym bag and there was some leakage. Thanks to a storage in a sandwich bag there is no mess. Current diet: I feel that my diet could be better. Not sure just how much my lack of discipline is effecting the results. Extra effort this week to stay on track. Monday diet log: Whey and flax shake Multivitamin 3 fish oil caps 6-oxo Powerdrive drink with Alcar Roast beef Walnuts (handful) Water PWO shake Achieve protein coffee drink w/caffeine 20g protein/5g cho/0 f 6-oxo Spaghetti (app. 20g cho worth of pasta) with a hearty meat sauce Green beans FF/SF choc. pudding mixed with 20g of FF cottage cheese 6-oxo Water ------------------------------------------------- Training: A day plus- 45 minutes of moderate incline treadmill walking. |
