Training experience:
Have been training for fifteen years but not seriously until the last five. Currently training four days/week with three days HIIT (20-30 min.) using a treadmill/ eliptical machine. Training is heavy with lower reps (3-8). Majority of the lifts are compound movements (squats/deads/bench). Typical set/rep. example- Deadlift 4x6@275.

SkulptPresent goals: Maintain current LBM while dropping BF around the mid-section area.
Other drugs currently used: OTC prilosec for acid reflux.
My tape measurement will be around the waist at the height of the umbilical area.

I have never used a topical and am looking forward to dropping some BF under a strict/regimented program during the upcoming weeks.
