How to prepare 1Fast400's Yohimbine HCl

[PRODUCT]106[/PRODUCT]I bought a gram of Yohimbine HCl to try on my upcoming diet cycle, though I should've bought more, I think. I thought I could just add it to a .5L bottle of water, and every dropper-full I took would have 2mg of YHCl in it (1000g YHCl/500mL H2O with 1 dropper holding 1mL). Is this reasoning correct? Also, I'm thinking of buying 3 more grams and adding them to the same bottle. Can .5L water suspend 4g YHCl? Thanks for your help.

Edit: I just got done playing mad scientist and trying my concoction. The taste is much more bitter tasting than I thought. Is this a sign that the mixture is hardly unifrom? I shook the bottle well before I tried it. Thanks.

It will suspend quite easily in 10mg/ml. Always shake before dispensing though.

Thanks for the quick reply, prolangtum. Now I test my tolerance to Y by actually knowing my dosage. The next test after that will be if I can handle Y with EC.

If the taste is unbearable you can always squirt a dose into a empty gel cap.

Thanks for the suggestion, lovetoeat, but I don't think 1mL will fit in a gelcap. I will admit, though, that I tasted the 2mg/mL for several minutes after I tried it. I think 8mg/mL will be bearable, but just barely (at least it sounds better than 4 shots of the 2mg/mL). I could always shoot it into another glass of water, I suppose.

If I remember correctly, you can fit 1/2 ml in a '00' size capsule, so you would need just two.

or mix it in a no carb whey shake. insulin negates a lot of yohim. but burning properties. So if you took it in the a.m. when you get up, make a no carb whey shake and squirt it in there.

Except for the fact that whey is the most insulin-potentiating dietary whole protein source out there. ohmy.gif *DOH!!!*

Actually though, I say still take the whey, lose the yohimbine (at least orally, that is). As I see it-- and as countless user feedback has validated-- a good transdermal yohimbine topical (Lipoderm-ULTRA perhaps!? tongue.gif wink.gif ) will trump any amount of oral yohimbine. Plus, delivering it transdermally negates all that worry about insulin levels & meal-planning....

just get the powder and take it. I ordered mine from elsewhere than 1fast400, but mine came with a 30mg scoop (will make 7g go a long ways). i measure fill the scoot about 1/3 of the way full, then tap the powder out under my tongue. Slightly bitter taste after a few mins, thats about it. seems to hit me harder sublingually than it does any other way (snort, swallow, topical). I was taking 15mg in the morning this way along with a mild thermogenic, and walking 25 mins 3-4 days/week, wait 2 hours to eat breakfast (no carb protein sources such as eggs or meat were eaten though before breakfast). I used the Y before workouts also, having not eaten for 2 hours before using it. basically i had to time eating around it, but I got awesome results. only cut for five weeks, BF went from 17% - 14%, weight from 172 - 165 (I am 5'6"), thats a pretty good ratio of fat to whatever else lost. My only lift that decreased was bench, I stayed the same on squats, increased deadlifts & dips.

I'd check out the warnings about taking E with Y.

May result in cardio episode.

I've heard about this before...
How is the insulin release compared to other carbs?

Does anyone know about a good II list?

(Also, answer my PM, Loki!)

If I remember correctly creatine is only stable in water for so long. Is yohimbine stable in solution indefinitly? Is ok not refrigerated?

thanks

It is pretty stable. Reason to keep in fridge, if not using immediately, is probably more related to keeping bacteria from building up.

What about the Avant Labs Lipo Gel mentioned on the BN Yohimbe HCl Power information page? I looked for it on here and could not find it. Maybe another brand?

Or maybe could I just mix it with some rubbing alchohol and use it that way?

Thanks!
