this is not a real qualifed MRP, for it uses
just whey, whey only lasts in your system for up to an hour at the most. Good wheys use oats, not maltodextrose, etc for carb souces, for
protein sources whey should not be the first ingredient listed on there, some type of casien should be along with egg too then some whey.
This is the worst MRP you can get. The packet ones from VPX are much better
