Yeah I actually seen it advertised in Powerlifting USA and figured I could use a long-acting
protein so I picked some up. Been using it in the morning and the evening. Use my
whey protein before and after workouts and in-between.
The thing I personally like best about the
MHP Probolic is it actually tastes better to me with just water...some stuff tastes like complete ass when you mix it with water so you have to mix with milk.
The Probolic isn't that great tasting either, in my opinion...it's ok, but not great. Also it has what I like to call "flavor crystals". I use a magic bullet to blend up my
protein and there are still these little hard bastards in my drink.
It's not that bad though, decent tradeoff.
