About 2 years ago, I used a product from
Cytodyne called
Methoxy-Pro. It had ecdy. and some other similar products in in. I remember using it for PWO shakes. I would add one banana, one scoop sugar-free
ice cream, two scoops of
Methoxy-Pro, and topped it off with skim milk (blended, of course). I don't know if it was the bananas or if I just worked extremely hard, but I saw better progress (lean muscle gain/fat loss) using this
protein powder than any I've used since.
I really don't know why I haven't used it again. I've stuck with solely WPI for PWO shakes since. I haven't seen the incredible gains since I switched. I guess it would be smart to try it again.
Of course one thing to note... I used to be in great shape, then had a 2-3 year relapse. So, I guess my body may have reacted extremely well to starting weight training again. Other than that, I don't know what else would have helped so much.
