Yes use sugar, or
maltodextrin. If you consuming too many calories, just push a little harder in your training, do more cardio or something. Sugar,dextrose all raise insulin which GREATLY enhances absorption of these aminos into muscles for maximum benefit. This is from someoe who can eat whatever the hell they want and not put any fat on, but still some people dont like acelsulfame K or sucrolose or any of the
other artificial sweeteners. Granted people look at calories before they buy, but just list along side how much longer they gatta run on the tradmill to burn those calories. People want an east way to get fit.. Not gonna happen.
