Just wondering if anyone would care to toss out an opinion on a good multi-vitamin that's available on this site? Been taking some packets I picked up at Costco but I'd like to add my vitamin business to BN. Thanks in advance, Tim

NOW Foods' various Vit-Min multis are pretty good, as is Optimum's Opti-Men.

The way to go is definitely Now Vit-Min 75+ or 100+. Top notch in terms of including bioavailable forms of the nutrients, which most multivitamins don't (they just have the cheapest form available).

I just placed an order for the ABB Hardcore pack. I hate taking all those pills but that stuff looks pretty good, next time I will try the NOW foods stuff.
