have your gains slowed or plateaued? If you haven't been training too seriously except for 3 months, and haven't used any PH/PS, I wouldn't recommend
M1T. It's wonderful, and it's cheap, but if you're not used to the side-effects it can be rough. the
1AD/4AD combo would do well for you.
I'd really recommend checking your diet first, though. You should be getting around 3300 cals/day for maintenance. -500 for cutting or +500-1000 for bulking. Around 220 - 300g
protein per/day (at least 195g, the more the merrier IMO).
When all that's in check, I'd recommend doing a cutting cycle and trying to get to around 12% BF (calipers are on this site). Use some
S1+ while cutting to help maintain LBM. The
1AD/4AD stack would work too but
S1+ would be a lot less expensive and would most likely yield better results.
