With creatine mono it doesn't matter at what time of the day you take it. is it important to take this 30 minutes in advance of your training because of the taurine and and arginine etc?

I always have supper at that time, and I once heard creatine should be taken on an empty stomach

Creatine levels wont drop significantly if you miss a day, so there is no point to replenish it. As it is stated in the sticky above, “once muscles are saturated with creatine, it takes a long time for muscle creatine levels to return to baseline (30 days).”

yea V12 did not work at all for me, and neither did the turbo. Vault on the other hand worked well. give that a shot if you want a good cell volumizer with a little pre-workout energy, although the taste isnt so hot.

I just bought a tub of the grape flavor of the tubo version for $16 on clearance. Even though I'm stocked up on creatine, I figured I'd cash in on the sale price to be able to try something different. It looked solid on the label, so we'll see how it is. For those who complain about the taste, you should be viewing summplements more like medicine than candy. They may not taste wonderful, but if it works, the taste is insignificant.
