If you have any tips of how to make better tasting shakes please post it

My first one i used chocolate milk in the Vanilla flavored one and threw in 3 strawberries....it was so yum yum!! tongue.gif

get cottage cheese, put tuna, oats, yams, milk, whey protein, and some flaxseed oil.
I am not sure about taste, but you will have a much better shake.

Be careful when you take n-large, many have reported to gain extra fat.

It's 620 calories in a serving, if you're not going to take this into account, of course you're going to put on some fat, come on people, let's have some sense!

Tell me about it. tongue.gif Its most likely because I have been working out at night lately, and when I get out of the gym, I drink half a serving N large with one scoop 100% whey. Then after an hour or so I eat a decent size meal, mainly meat and then go to sleep.

Cut serving in half and add a scoop or two of protein powder.
