Started my S1+ today. Looking very forward to sharing this with everyone and the progress i will make. I will be doing a 6 week Cycle. I will post some starting pics in a couple days. Here is my Starting Stats and the diet i will be sticking to for the full 6 weeks as well.

26 Male
Weight 187 pounds
BF% Unknown
Biceps: Left - Unflexed = 13 Flexed = 14 3/8
Right - Unflexed = 13 Flexed = 14 1/2

2 lean Hamburgers in Brown Gravy, Serving of Yams = 680 calories & 33 grams protein

(12 p.m.)
2 Chicken breasts, Vegetable, 1 slice wheat bread & glass of milk = 640 calories & 90 grams of protein

(2 p.m.)
4 Hardboiled eggs (2 whites & 2 whole), 2 slices of Wheat Bread, & Protein Shake = 680 calories & 84 grams protein

(5 p.m.)
2 Salmon Patties, 1 Cup Mac & Cheese = 650 Calories & 40 Grams Protein

(7 p.m.)
Salad, cup of yogurt = 596 calories & 18 grams protein

(9 p.m.)
Post workout Protein Shake = 350 Calories & 56 grams protein

Total = Roughly 4200 Calories & 377 grams of Protein roughly

Thanks hrdgain. Yeah i will be switching things up, but it will be very consistent number wise.
10 squirts/day. 5 in the morning and then 5 in the evening. I will be hitting the weights 4 days a week as well now instead of only 3.

J1Q...I started the same cycle last Monday! Are you using 8ml (10 squirts) all the way through. I started with just 5ml (~6 squirts). I used only 1-test the first week but will be adding 4-AD for the next 5 weeks. The lethargy was more than I wanted!

I weigh/check BF every Monday. I was thrilled after adding up all the numbers this morning. Over the past week, my weight went up by 5.2lbs while my BF% dropped 1.17%!! I can hardly wait to see how the next 5 weeks go!!

Thats great Sir Charles. yes, doing the 8ml for the full 6 weeks. I will be giving an updated chart on my routine as well and how my weights increase on my workouts.

2 thoughts here. One why did you start with 1t first, i thought that if you were to start one first it would be the 4ad, mostly for the lethargy. 2nd i thought that 1t wasnt supposed to "work"untill after 2 weeks. Regardless though its working for you, im just trying to get a better understanding

Tharpin...a couple of reasons. I wanted to avoid 4-AD sides and wanted to see just how tired the 1-T alone would make me feel. It was actually a bit of an experiment. But the benefit of combining the two out weighs the negatives so I started adding it today.

As for the gains, not sure what to tell you??? I have also read that you dont notice a big difference until the end of the second week. I can tell you this, my strength hasn't increased drastically at all. Maybe an extra rep or pound or two here and there but nothing major. But those are the numbers my scale came up with and I'm satisfied. biggrin.gif

Ok everyone. Been a HORRIBLE first 3 days start to this. My bottom wisdom tooth has been dealing me fits and on top of that i have had teh flu for the last 2 days. Been sick, havent been able to eat anything. I lifted Monday, but havent been able to since then. Yesterday and Today i stayed home from work. Seem to be feeling somewhat better today. So i wont be lifting tonight and i will hit it hard come Thursday. Been doing my 5 quirts/2x Day. Thats been going real well. I get a slight tingling feeling other than that, no burning. Can't tell you if i feel any lethargy due to being sick. But i do know, not being able to eat anything the last 3 days i am FRICKIN HUNGRY!!! I will keep you guys up to date as the week progresses and i am able to start lifting again.

Ok, it's thursday, 4th day and things are going MUCHO better. Mouth doesnt hurt anymore i can finally eat which is a GOOD things. Cause today, i am HUNGRY as HELL. I mean my appetite has certainly been bumped up a notch. Today i can barely make it between my 2-3 hour meals without my stomach feeling like its eating itself. I will lift tonight as well for the first time since Monday, so i'm ready to get back to the weights. Application is going well, not to messy, dries right up, and nothing to it really.

It's Friday. Lifted lastnight and it was one of the best lifts i have almost ever had. I'm on my fifth day, but my mindest is very focused right now. Did Chest/Back lastnight and i was Very Happy. I doubt the S1+ has really kicked in yet, but like i said, i think i am more mentally focused. I usually workout with 190 on my flat bench. Lastnight i worked out with 210. So far so good. No complaints, but i'm trying to do everything right. I will be weighing myself Sunday, so i'll be able to let you all know how weight is going as well.

It's Monday, the end of the first week. I just weighed myself and still weigh 187. I am sure it's due to the three days i couldn't eat from being sick. But i am So hungry i can really feel it upping my appetite. I did notice saturday that my nuts have begun to shrink & today they are certainly alot smaller. No signs of Gyno what so ever. This week should be good considering i will be able to eat correctly all week. Hoping to pack on a few pounds this week. Will keep you all posted.

Hey Speakle. I havent noticed ANY hairloss as of yet. I am now into my second week, but i do have short hair. Hairloss does not seem to run in my family though.

Ok, its Thursday. Worked out Chest and Back lastnight. Starting to see some slight increase in weights now. i worked out with 210 again lastnight on my Bench. But for more reps this time. Muscles are all starting to feel harder and my skin feels ALOT tighter. When i pull my arms back, the skin on my chest feels very tight. I am almost out of my first bottle of S1+, should run out on sunday. I noticed an increase in weight on my deadlifts as well. Was working out with 210, now im getting 245 out 10 times. Bi's and Tri's are tonight so we shall see how they are coming along. People are starting to take notice. A couple of the guys at work were like DOOD, your looking good. So it's always refreshing when others notice your hard work. Well, i will continue to keep everyone posted with updates.
Oh one other thing, Application has been a Breeze. I have found no hassle with aplying the spray.

It's Feb 25th today and i just feel bloated & full. Don't know if it is all the food im consuming or if it's really starting to kick in now. Cause the 28th will be the start of the third week. All day today i've felt like this. I am stopping by to weigh myself tonight. As of the 20th i hadnt gained anything, but i really feel like i might be starting to put on some weight.

Sex Drive is very HIGH! My wife is loving it. After almost 6 years of marriage our sex life is still very good. 4-5 times a week. This week i think we are already on 6-7 times. My boys are definately ALOT smaller, but hey it's not stopping me from getting some.

I am really looking forward to the next 3 weeks. Hopefully this is when i start noticing the benefits. Diet has been very strict. In 2 weeks i have only splurged once and had some pizza. Other than that, there has been no cheating. I have to say i am happy how it has went thus far. I will give everyone an update on my weight after i stop by this evening and get weighed. cool.gif

Optimum Nutritions 100% Whey. I take 2 scoops per 10 ounces of milk. One Scoop = 23 grams of protein, So two scoops = 46 grams, and then theres 10 grams of protein in 10 ounces of milk. Which in turn = 56 grams of protein.


On another note. I stopped by and weighed myself lastnight and have gained 4 pounds. Up to 191 lbs.

J1Q...have you considered increasing your dosage to 6-7 squirts? I increased on the beginning on my second week and then again on the third. I am very satisfied! My LBM on the morning I began was 177.99lbs. At the end of week 2 is was 189.96. That's 11.97lbs! I agree it "sounds" like a lot but that's what the numbers added up to! Is that possible? Anyone?

I hadnt really considered that Charles. This being my first cycle i had just figured i'd stick to the 5 squirts a day. I am hoping to really see some increase in strength for the last 4 weeks. I already am noticing some physical changes in my arms and my chest. I will be anxious to measure at the end of the 6 weeks. For now i will probably stick to the 5 squirts a day. I figure the first week that i was so sick with the flu, is the reason i didnt gain alot of weight since i didnt eat for 3 days. but i have had the appet ite of a horse this week and gained 4 pounds. So im well on my way i believe.

I'm sorry i just now saw this question. Strength hasnt been real noticable yet. Bench has been about the only thing i have noticed. I was working out with 190ish and now im working out with 210, so i've went up there. Not sure if it was the S1+ or just a different mindset. But today in the first day of the third week, so i imagine the strength gains are going to start kicking in now. I will certainly keep you all posted on that. I emptied my first bottle today as well. 2 more to go. Wooo Hooooo!!

Sounds good J! I am exactly one week ahead of you in my cycle and I think your assumptions and expectations are on target. I really started to notice strength increases the third week...esp noticeable on chest, bicep, and leg exercises! My last set on preacher curls is now ~85lbsx4. That is very heavy for me and appx 20lbs more than I was doing 2 weeks ago. Leg ext at 260x6 really freaked me out. I was doing appx ~40lbs less before I started this cycle.

Keep eating and hitting the weights hard! I think you will see some nice gains in the next couple of weeks if all goes well!!!

Heres what my 1st week Training Log looks like. It looks like Crap cause i was sick this week and it carried over to my second week as far as a feeling of weakenss goes. So i'm very glad i decided to do a 6 week cycle instead of a 4 week. Anyways. Here it is in exact order. I switch between 2 workout orders every other week as you will see:

OK, i have a great word of advice for anyone doing SPRAY transdermals. I got up this morning at 6:30 was somewhat sleepy, but hopped in the shower and got out. Dried off and then attempted to squirt my S1+ on and Don't ask how this happened, but i went to spray my left chest and instead of a smooth steady spray, it sputtered a little and shot into my left eye. Now 6:30 in the morning and having your eye burning the FUCK out of you isn't fun. I splashed it with cold water and rinsed it out, but DAMN! That shit HURTS!!!!!!! blink.gif I did get everything squared away, but just thought i'd share it with you, LOL.

LOL, it's good you laugh about that. I spray the stuff onto a plastic freezer bag that I put on my hand. It works great. I think it gets more of the stuff onto your skin. Just don't spray it on the side of the bag with any printing on it. The S1+ will disolve the printing and you'll wind up rubbing that into your skin too, just like I did.

Ok, it has DEFINATELY kicked in. GOD, lastnight was AWSOME. Lastnight was shoulders & legs. Military Press is what i saw the most gain in. I felt so strong. On my last set i added more weight than the previous set and ended up getting one more rep than the previous set with less weight. I am pumped today. That was an AWSOME feeling. My energy levels never dropped. Even after an intense leg workout and barely being able to walk to my truck, i still felt energized. Anyone who plans on doing this cycle, i would definately recommend 6 weeks instead of 4, because i would hate to think that next week was going to be my last week, now that it is kicking in. 3 more weeks of this BABY!! Wooo Hoooo!

Nice progress your doing great. Im also seeing great gains on my 2nd cycle of s1+. Check out my progress on my post (gained 20 lbs on s1+) . Its updated every couple days. Im doing this cycle for 8 weeks and in the last 4 weeks im using a my own homebrew s1+ in which i adjusted the ratios of the 1test /4ad for the end of the cycle. keep up Marc

Something i wanted to mention to everyone, that you all might find interesting. When i was going through puberty i got gyno, nips even lactated and all that freaky jazz. Well anyways, i didn't know what the Heck was going on at the time, and just kinda brushed it off as something i might be going through with puberty. Well, of course as we get older i realized what happened and was like DANG. Well, the left side of my chest has some signs of it from 12 years earlier. It's not real noticable, but i know it's there. Left Nipple is just a little puffier than my right. Like i said, it's not real noticable, but i know. Anyways point i wanted to make is this. So far, while on the S1+, there have been no signs of the gyno reaccuring. I have bought Nolva to keep on hand just in case, but so far all has been well. Just wanted to let you all know that. I know each person reacts to PH's/AAS differently but i am happy to report NOTHING!!

Oh and by the way, i weighed again lastnight. 197lbs now. That puts me up 10lbs to when i started. I am starting to feel a little fat in my GUT. My 34's are starting to get a little tight, and i certainly have NO abs, LOL. It's all good though.

Things are going great. Was busy with our Birthday this weekend and our Anniversary so i didnt have any time to sit down and update everyone. Things are still going great. Strength Gains are really showing. Friday was Bi/Tri night and i just felt great. On my Preacher Curls i worked out with 90, then 95, last set i hit 100lbs. Tri's were really geared up too. I usually do 80lbs on Skull Krushers, Friday i worked out with 90lbs.

I weighed this morning which is the first day of the 4th week and weighed 200lbs. So i'm now at 13lbs over what i started at. 13lbs in 3 weeks, Can anyone tell me what kind of pace this is? Weight wise i'm starting to feel a little fat. Gut is getting somewhat bigger, pants are getting tight, LMAO. But my wife says she's seeing big changes in me, so as long as she's encouraging me and letting me know the changes she's seeing, then thats really keeping my drive and motivation up. I must be honest though. I will be most ready to *CUT* and get lean and hard.

I'll post up last weeks training log this evening after i get back from lifting. Tonight is Chest/Back. Looking very forward to tonight.

Lastnight was the best night i've had so far on this cycle. The strength i had lastnight was impressive. On my last set of flat bench lastnight i did what my max was twice. This was on my 4th set biggrin.gif Needless to say i was very happy. Oh one thing i noticed lastnight as well was the fact that my chest got pumped VERY quickly. Most generally it takes 2-3 sets before my chest is really feeling a nice pump. But, not lastnight. After the first 2 reps the blood was really flowing. Don't know if the S1+ has anything to do with that, but it was sure nice to get pumped so quickly.

I had to cut back short lastnight. Remember 2 weeks ago when i was deadlifting and the bar slipped out of my hands & i tweaked my lower back. Well lastngight my back stiffened up very tight and felt somewhat tender. So i didn't really want to push the issue and mess something up any further. Plus, since that happened, i have tried to play basketball twice and both times, my lower back stiffened up so badly i had to end up sitting out and not playing cause my lower back was so stiff. Once i get done with this cycle, and PCT, i'm gonna take 1-2 weeks off and rest my back up and see ifthat doesnt take care of it.

You should try using straps or chalk, they'll really help you hold those heavy weights.

Sprayed my stuff on this morning and noticed that my arms are breaking out a little. Not real bad, but my skin was kinda flakey as well. Everything is going great so far. Very happy with the results i'm seeing.

great log my man,i'll love to see how much u can keep in the end. during mine, which was a 4 week cycle, combined with 1,4 andro, i gained 10lbs and did not lose even 1lb after pct. goodluck man.

I was in the breakroom this morning at work. And this was my 10:00 meal. Burgers and Yams. One of the Customer Service Girls said Nick, i gotta ask you "All i ever see you do is eat. You know your gonna get fat". You know it's just alot easier to smile and give them some short explanation than to go into great detail and great lenghts about what your doing. I just smiled and said, Well, a Growing Boys gotta eat ya know. She just laughed and and as she was walking away she said "Just remember FAT ALBERT". LMAO

I will finish my second bottle on Sunday. I'm tossing around the idea of going from 5 squirts a day to 6-7 squirts a day with this last bottle. What do you guys think?
I may have leveled out a little on my weight for now. Weighed lastnight and i'm still at 200lbs. Had a Grueling Bi/Tri workout lastnight. Tri's were just Freaky Strong lastngiht. On my Skull Krushers i was knockin out 95lbs. I will say one thing i noticed. As i've went up weight with some certain motions and movements such as Skull Krushers for example. I can see i want to get something for my bones and joints to strengthen them. Too much more weight and the elbow could start feeling a strain. What's a few good supplements i should be looking into for this?

J1Q this is a great log, congrats on your success so far bro. i am running into the same problem with joints and shit. My shoulders and upper chest are killing me, I always for get that joints dont strengthen as quickly as muscles do. And mine are bad to start with.

I use glucosamine/condroiten (sp?) and it helps somewhat. Its really unbearable w/o it.

what is your diet like? I am running a cutter in a few weeks, but my plan is to do that, then take off a few months, then do a cycle of s1+ before I go to jamaica, I dont want to put on any fat though ... clean bulk ya know.

If you look at the very first post, you'll see my diet, and i have stcuk very true to it, throughout this cycle so far. I havent really had any pains concerning bones/joints accept, lastnight doing the skull krushers and feeling a little added strain on my elbows, and this may sound odd, but on my preacher curls also. I feel somewhat a strain on my lower forearms from curling the added weight. 100lbs is alot and the bones in my forearms are telling me so, LOL. Other than those two things, i haven't had any problems. And it's not like these are real problems, just things i'm noticing my body telling me.

And i hear ya about the cutting. I'm headed to Florida in August, and i wanna cut down and get very Shredded & Hard Looking. My biggest thing is lack of knowledge as far as cutting goes, without losing all the muscle i've gained. I'm gonna have to get you guys to give me a little guidance. Cause i know you don't want to loose weight to fast or else it will pull from your muscles. So when we get to that fork in the road, i will really NEED you guys.

Yeah thats my biggest goal at this point, getting cut up and retaining my muscle mass. I'm starting in two weeks, I'll have a cycle log posted on bb.net, so you can learn from my mistakes biggrin.gif

I used 6 squirts today. I will finish my 2nd bottle either tomorrow or monday. And after that i'm really considering doing 6-7 squirts a day.
Tonight was an Intense, Intense Shoulder workout. My shoulders felt like, you know when you were a little kid and you ran around outside allday and you had leg aches that night. Well that's EXACTLY how my shoulders feel tonight. I LOVE IT!
I have to say, my elbow sure felt a little tender after tri's the other night. And for the first time, the bones in my lower forearms are really starting to feel the strain from the heavier weight on the preacher curls as well. I think i definately need to get something for my joints and for my bones. I am just feeling kinda achy, if that makes since.
I'll continue to keep you guys up to date on things.

Today i ran out of my second bottle. I will be starting my last bottle now. I used 7 squirts this morning. I think i'm going to go ahead and stick with 7 squirts for the remainder of this bottle.
Sir Charles or anyone. Have any of you guys had your arms breakout from teh S1+. My arms are really starting to get bumpy and red. Looks like a rash? Have any of you guys expirienced this?

Also, i weighed this morning and i'm now at 202. That puts me up 15 pounds.

Had a Incredible night lastnight. Chest/Back. And once again i got a pump in my chest after the first set. I did begin the night with stacking a few weights on and just seeing how far i have oprogressed in my max, hehe had to......

Must say i am Beside myself i got 255x2. Previously my max was 225. So i'm up about 30 pounds there with 2 weeks to go in this cycle.

I am a little concerned over these red bumps a little on my arms, it's really looks like a bad heat rash. Anyone know anything i can do for this. My wife has some Vitamin E cream, will this work? Or just some kinda lotion?

sweeet man I can't wait to start my bulk. I'm gonna be using CEE/S1+/M5AA with loads of protein. my lifts are pretty close to yours(before you started at least) and wow i will be really happy if my 230 bench goes up to 255x2 !! You should get some new measurements taken, or i guess wait until this last bottle is done.

also have you been cycling the spots where you apply S1+? if not I would recommend that to stop the rash; tops of feet, thighs, chest, etc.

3 weeks on one spot..ouch. I had to keep rotating mine and when not using a spot I was putting aloe on them so they werent so dry. I remember I was using my thighs alot, and I had never got test rash or test burn, and that application I got both. Thats when I really started to rotate. But hey great progress so far and good luck with the rest of your cycle.

Since i have started switching up where i spray and putting Vitamin E cream on my arms they seem to be starting to clear up. Thanks guys for the suggestion.

As for this remaining week & a half. I have upped my sprays to 7x twice a day & I will be throwing in 2-3 days cardio. My gut is just getting more than i can handle. It's really starting to depress me. So i'm going to throw some cardio in to help me out with this somewhat. And i will probably continue to run it trhough my PCT as well.

Lastnight was Bi/Tri night too. I have to say, the strength i am gaining is very nice. Lastngiht on my Skull Krushers i was able to get 100lbsx6 and 105x4. I was beside myself. My workout partner was in Awwww. He laughed and said "dood, you are doing more on your triceps than i am curling. I was feeling freakin Invincible lastngiht.

I certainly recommend S1+ to anyone thinking about using it. I just can't wait now to try my SD out this fall tongue.gif

I weighed again today. Still at 202. I'm wondering, has my body adapted to the calories i'm takin in. Been at 202 for about 5 days now? Or has the S1+ ran it's course and not really producing the same gains as it did earlier. Tharpin i know you had mentioned something about the gains tapering off. This could be possible and have something to do with it.

I will be taking measurements next week. I am really anxious to do this. I know there's gonna be some descent gains in size.

I stopped my S1+ cycle yesterday. The rash i had on my arms, has spread to all over my chest and now my legs. So i dont really have a spot i can switch from. So i started my PCT today. Will be taking measurments this afternoon.

Overall i must say, i have been VERY pleased with the results i have gained while on S1+. The gains DID seems to taper off somewhat the 5th week. I stayed at 202lbs that whole week. If i had the chance to recommend it to anyone i most certainly would. I will keep everyone updated through PCT as to how it goes.

Ok guys measurements are in. The previous measurements i took are the ones in January. 3 weeks before i started my cycle.

Biceps Unflexed: Left - 15 Right - 14 7/8
Before 13 13

Biceps Flexed: Left - 16 Right - 16
Before 14 3/8 14 1/2

Chest: 42 1/2
Before 39 3/4

Quads Left - 22 Right - 22 1/4
Before 21 1/4 21 1/2

I must say. I am VERY, VERY happy with these results. I never would have thought i gained this much. I am THRILLED!!


I didnt measure my forearms. I will do that this evening and post it up. PCT is going well, still eating big to ensure i dont loose any of my gains. Will be weighing this afternoon, now i have been on PCT for 4 days, just wanna see where i am. Tonight, will be first hard workout since starting PCT as well. Will update on how that goes.

Hey brother nice gaines. If i where you i would get a accu measure caliper to see how much fat you gained > i gained a good amount on my last s1+ cycle . now on i will be monitoring the bf% daily and addind more cardio for more of a lean bulk> thanx Marco

True Dat. I know for POSITIVE i gained some fat, I really ended up with somewhat of a gut. But the gains elsewhere were worth it. But i hear what your sayin, and i'm right there with ya.

Sorry about the delay on an update of how PCT is going. I'm into my 2nd week of PCT. Things seem to be going good so far. It appears i have retained most of if not all my strength gains so far. And i remeasured my arms, i have lost just a little size but nothing dramatic. 1/8 inch. So i am happy with the gains i have kept so far through PCT. I am now running 40mg of Nolva & will be dropping to 20mg this friday. I have thrown a little cardio in as well to help me with the gut i gained, but nothing extensive. I will hit cardio alot more in a week and a half when i start my CKD diet and cutting.

I weighed saturday and i was at 200lbs. So that puts me down 2lbs from when i ended my cycle. 2 pounds i can certainly live with.
