When to take creatine?

I've seen so many different tips on when to take creatine. Some say preworkout some say post. What is the rule to consider? FYI I take Swole v2 not sure if there's a specific time to take that. I've been taking it with whey, post-workout.

I think you are about to get a bunch of different answers. I think the real answer is that it doesn't matter, so long as you take it about the same time every day. That will keep your levels even. I take mine first thing every morning - the only way I'll remember.

Creatine has a short plasma half-life, so to keep muscles saturated, dosing multiple times daily is ideal.

Twice a day should be good enough... space it out evenly and you will maintain a steady level.

i tend just to take mine when i wake up on a empty stomach i heard u get optimal results and i also take a second serving post workout maybe 6 hours after first serving

sometimes one scoop in the morning on off days
