For those of you who have done it, does ab-solved work well on chest fat? I have a tendency to gain fat around the waist and the chest. I have read somthing about their being 2 types of fat and that ab-solved works well with one and lipoderm works well with the other.

It's hard to say really-- male chest fat is a rather complicated phenomenon that can have several (sometimes simultaneous) causes. If it is primarily a cortisol issue, then yes, Ab-Solved would likely be of help-- I know of one individual who saw fantastic results on his chest when using Ab-Solved. However, I also know quite a few individuals who have not had good results with Ab-Solved on the chest. See, if it's merely a Sub-Q adipose issue (re: pseudo-gyno, or prolactin-related, something like that), then you'd be better off with LipoDerm-ULTRA or ODB. If it's actually true, veritable gyno-- hard, lumpy tissue-- than neither will really aide you in that regard, and you'd do best to go the surgical route.

From anecdotal feedback, most men do better on chestfat with LipoDerm. In terms of treating abdominal adiposty, it seems to be about 50-50. If you have more of a bloated or 'distented-looking' stomach, relative to the rest of your physique, then Ab-Solved is definitely what you want. If you're relatively proportional, but still have some stomach fat obscuring your abdominal muscles, then you want LipoDerm.

Generally, those who respond well to one don't respond terribly well to the other, so it may take a little trial and error to figure out which is right for you, but a good, general guideline is to go by what I outlined above. Ab-Solved kicks ass on beer-guts, LipoDerm is $ when it comes to spot-reducing stubborn fat pockets...

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help, the fat is recent and the result of bulking up, I have also been doing s1+ for the last 20 days but I have been paying close attention, Im sure its not gyno. I will buy ab-solved, will 1 bottle be enough for both chest and waist or should I go with 2? Thanks again for the help!!

Likely you will need two bottles, although it depends on the application spot. If you are strictly going to be doing your abdominals, you're going to want to use ~ 4 squirts of the compound, 2 times/day to cover that area. Used this way, a bottle of Ab-Solved will last you ~ 1 month. However, if you plan on using it on your Chest AND your Abs, then you're going to have to use 4 squirts - ) Abs + 2 squirts -) per Pectoral, so that's 8 squirts in the morning, and 8 more in the evening. At this rate, each bottle is only going to last you ~ 2 weeks, so, it's likely that, if you want the most 'bang-for-your-buck' out of Ab-Solved, you should buy two bottles and then treat your Chest/Abs together for a full month.

So where can I get info on this new fat burner by A.L.?. Can someone post a like to info or an article about it?. I'm using Vasopro, I am up to about 4 a day. It doesn't give me the energy it did when I started it last Friday. I tried stacking it with half a dose of Xenedrine EFX, my wife had some left over, she doesn't like it much. Well I took one Vasopro and 1 Xenedrine upon awakining and nothing different....

If the increase in energy is your reason for taking ephedrine you may want to cycle it.

Just to clarify, I think Loki and Pro are talking about Spook's fat burner, which is on the back-burner, because of a potential legal problem with an ingredient we wanted to use and because Spook is MIA going on about a month, now.

We also have an oral product that is a replacement for EC, which also addresses some major shortcomings. It should be out, in beta form, within 4 weeks, hopefully, a bit sooner.

Someone told me that you have to be crazy as hell to take 75mg of ephedrine every day with 3 prolab caffein's @ 600mg per day... they said your heart would explode... I wonder what someone that is 19, 5'11, 180 lbs has about 15% bf should take?

*Looks down at heart, sees it's still intact*

laugh.gif !!! This falls under 'utter B.S.'-- I've abused far more stimulants than that and I'm still well among the living & actually quite healthy according to my Doc.

Start @ 40mg/400mg of E/C respectively. Once you can tolerate that well (re: once the jittery, stimulant effect diminishes), increase it to 60mg/600mg of E/C preferably doses in 6x 10mg/100mg dosages. You can use slightly more or less if you prefer, but generally you want to have roughly a 1:10 ratio between E/C mg to mg.
