Quick question. I've never bought any powders in a bulk form (except creatine mono) but want to buy BN's creatine ethyl ester and citrulline malate in bulk. Does anyone know if there's instructions on these such as 1 teaspoon equals so and so number of grams???

I know that one heaping teaspoon of regular creatine mono is about 5 grams, but is this true for CEE also?

Thanks!!

on the side of the container it'll tell you how many mg is in a flat 1/4 teaspoon.

Or at least, this is how it's been for all the powders i've gotten before (green tea, chocamine, rhodiola, piracetam, alcar)
