I just received my order containing
Swole, ISS
Whey Matrix and
Glutamine. Since I'm very low on budget for these things can you recommend best time to take this stuff?
I was thinking of using one serving of
Swole and
protein just after my training, and
glutamine befre I go to sleep. And only to take it on training day. Or maybe there's a better time?
My goal is not more mass but more strenght and faster recovery.

Yes I do take multivit and extra antiox on my training day
