I've used
Endurox R4 in a variety of settings. As a post workout drink, I've not really noticed that it is that much different than any other carb source.
Where I did notice a huge difference is using it every year for the MS150. I would drink it (watered down) during the ride and have 2 servings the 1st evening and I really had no soreness the next morning.
I typically use it for
endurance type activities or after a long workout.
Otherwise I would just use something cheaper.
