I have been taking one serving of Endurox by Pacific Health Labs, immediately after training followed about an hour later by a protein shake (40-50 g protein). Is the Endurox a waste? It does give me 53g carbs and 13g protein (BCAA's 2719 mg and L-Glutamine 2560 mg per serving). Please note this is not my only source of post training protein. If you have any ideas regarding this or have used this before, please let me know. Thanks!

I've used Endurox R4 in a variety of settings. As a post workout drink, I've not really noticed that it is that much different than any other carb source.

Where I did notice a huge difference is using it every year for the MS150. I would drink it (watered down) during the ride and have 2 servings the 1st evening and I really had no soreness the next morning.

I typically use it for endurance type activities or after a long workout.
Otherwise I would just use something cheaper.
