When we first were developing
Body Octane and started to play with Beta-Alanine, I freaked out.
I mean, I was sold on Beta-Alanine based off of the science and theories, but I needed the real-world experience for myself. And I got itchy as hell and it freaked me out, so we lowered the dose.
I think it was Dr. Harris who did the study using Beta-Alanine and
creatine with 800mg of BA, 4 times a day.
That is where we got 1,600mg twice a day, but we lowered it to 1 gram of BA per serving of
Body Octane to
prevent the parathesia (itchy feeling), nevertheless, if BA makes you feel uncomfortable, take it with food, or high doses of fiber to slow the break down...
