I'm gonna have to disagree here. If you take a look at the nutritional breakdown, and ingredients in N-Large....you'll see it has quality calories. It does have a lot of carbs, but not alot of sugars. Hopefully you know the difference between complex carbs and simple sugars. It has a total of 89 grams of carbs, 66 being complex carbs (
maltodextrin), and the remaining 23 are simple sugars (fructose). It even has 4 grams of fiber in it, which isn't common in the other brands listed in this thread.
