Here is the scenerio. I received the
Phenibut the other day and was very anxious to use it. I have not been drinking, and wanted to elevate my mood at social gatherings where EVERYONE ELSE was drinking.
Wednesday night, I started with 3/4 teaspoon mixed in a protien shake an hour before the event began (5pm). Upon arival, I still did not think I was feeling anything, so I popped a capsul(1/4 tsp) at 6:16. I fealt slight effects and popped another cap about 6:45. Total now 1 and 1/4 tsp.
I think I need to take the initial dose 2 hrs prior to the event or when I want to be feeling it.As the night carried on, I fealt great. the feelings did intensify and I liked it. It was almost like GHB, but not exactly. dinner was served at about 8:30-9pm and I ate like a horse. I was so hungry. after dinner, the effects were still as intense as before I ate. With "G" I always lost the effects after I ate a big meal.
This is a plus I drank cranberry juice prior to dinner. During dinner, I drank unsweet Tea and after dinner I drank water.
We left at midnight and i was still fealing great. By time we got to sleep, it was about 1:30am. I woke up at 5:45 with the baby and was still fealing the full effects. We played for a few hours and when He took his morning nap, I slept hard. I woke up 3 hours later and still fealt the effects. Maybe not as strong, but still felt them.
Leter in the day, myy head did feel like i was hung over, but still felt the
phenibut. there was no uneasy feeling in my stomach, just the feel of dehydration in my head. I did not feel any effects when I woke up this morning(fri-we are a day ahead).
I am wondering how long this stuf is supposed to realy last in your system, and how the effects are affected with the dose.
If I take less,(stick with the original 3/4 tsp) will I still feel the same but for less time, or will I feel less intensity but for the same durration? I do not want to still be on this stuff the whole next day. If I can time it right, I will take as far in advance as i need to to wake up normal.
The sleep was great, and I did not hear the phone ringing durring my nap. I did feel extreemely tired the next morning, but attributed that to only having 4.5 hours of sleep. I am used to 8.
any input on doses or durration would be greatly appreciated
