HELP-need feedback! I used to be very fit however, I have gained a lot of weight over the last 8 months. I am getting back on track and just started a cutting cycle (I am a newbie to cutting). I have taken Ephedrine before and know my tolerance. My stats:

female
5' 10.5''
244lbs
Goal weight 180 (64lbs to loose).

Cutting supps:
3x-25mg Vaspro
2x-1 capsule Super EPA (with food)
3x-200mg Caffeine
3x-2 capsules Cuts II

Training (will increase to cardio 5x a week, but only 3x now):
3x Cardio-1hr (morning)
3x Strength-45 min (evening)

Diet:
1200 cal for 3 days
1800 cal for 4 days

What do you think? Am I on the right track? unsure.gif Thanks for your help!

Personally, I'd bump up the Super EPAs to 6 caps a day.

I am not a fan of endurance cardio. I think HIIT would be a better option to go.

Could you give a breakdown of your macronutrients. Not saying that your current diet scheme is out of line, but before you spend your money on supps. make sure that not only your calories but macros are adjusted for optimal fat loss. One of the main keys to successful fatloss is gradual calorie reduction, this way your body does not adjust as easily. I'm sure Skate will have useful info for any further questions you may have. Good luck and stick with it.

agreed. it seems as you've put a lot of thought into this and want to do it right. by listing your diet we can help you get everything nailed down in that arena so that you have more success with this plan. theres a lot more to a diet than just total calories. macronutrient ratios are very important

also, please list you strength training routine. while you are dieting like this its very important to have a solid weight program mapped out or you will lose a lot of muscle mass. muscle mass helps feed your metabolism to burn more calories and as you slim down, the muscle will give you a more fit and firm look rather than just being small and flabby
