*note* this is a decently standardized review, diet was kept constant as was training and cardio. I don't take androgens so that is a non-factor and the only supp I used beside a
protein and
dextrose supplement was
creatine and I was using that for several weeks before the trial began so it shouldn't have affected the values from baseline
I took measurements at chest, abs, and thigh and did each 5 times and took the average and then averaged the bodyfat %.
I would like to note that I was VERY tough on myself on these and pinched as much skin as I could
Chest Skinfold average- 14.2mm
Abdominal Skinfold average- 13.4mm
Thigh Skinfold average- 15.2 mm
bodyfat average- 12.05%
Measurements
Calves- 16.5"
Thighs (at biggest part)- 26.5"
waist- 34.25"
Arms(flexed)- 17.5" (don't know what the f*ck happened here... they were 18" about a month ago, then again i strained my left bicep a month ago and haven't worked them since)
Chest- 46.75" (under arm pits, lats not flared)
Shoulders- 54" (not spread)
