The dosage split will not cause a problem but I think you found the main reason for lethargy and tiredness not to mention lack of gains- your diet. Weight training on a reduced calorie diet is the pits.
Do not be afraid to eat more. Research a reasonable diet. It should be at least 3000 calories a day with 30%-50% from
protein. For better gains you may have to eat more than that. Lots of food aids recovery, helps you grow, and makes you feel better.
