The kelp is probably not going to do much unless you have a reason to think you are iodine deficient. Green tea, B-12, B-6, whey, and
calcium are all good supplements, I don't know much about
GABA as a supplement. As far as other supplements you want to take the #1 would be
creatine (if muscle gain is a goal) and the #2 would be a slow acting
protein (such as milk
protein or a blend with
casein) for before bed and times other than around your workout.
Instead of losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time you pretty much have to pick one or the other unless you are going to go really hardcore on diet & training, have phenomenal genetics, or are on steroids/other drugs. So pick which of the two is the first priority and then train & diet accordingly.
