[COLOR=red] I just started taking kelp and Green tea extract. I am also currently taking GABA, B-12, B-6, Whey Protein adn calcuim. Taking all 3 x a day. I am 152lbs 5'4' . I work out 3-5 x a week. Free weights and Machines. I was wondering should I be taking what I am taking or should I be taking different stuff. I want to turn my fat into muscle and I have about 20% Body fat.

well i can't really comment on the supps you are taking but if you want to loose fat you have to have a good diet, you would have to take in less calories then you maintain. just my 2 ¢

From what you have described, you should seriously look into Leptigen "Rebirth"

Look under the header for "Rebirth." There is a write-up, a FAQ/Q&A, and a directions/ingredients listing. If the price is not too high for you, this is a supplement I am guessing you would do quite well with...

You should also be taking supplemental Fish Oil, at least 6x1g/every day.

The kelp is probably not going to do much unless you have a reason to think you are iodine deficient. Green tea, B-12, B-6, whey, and calcium are all good supplements, I don't know much about GABA as a supplement. As far as other supplements you want to take the #1 would be creatine (if muscle gain is a goal) and the #2 would be a slow acting protein (such as milk protein or a blend with casein) for before bed and times other than around your workout.

Instead of losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time you pretty much have to pick one or the other unless you are going to go really hardcore on diet & training, have phenomenal genetics, or are on steroids/other drugs. So pick which of the two is the first priority and then train & diet accordingly.
