My question is, on either Satur8 or Swole V2, (or even just creatine) I bloat pretty well. I don't mine using them considering the gains, and don't mind retaining the water, just not in the waistline. Any suggestions on how to deal with this? Any supplements help with dropping the bloating?

Did some searching and really didn't find any answers (in the forums). Maybe I'm wishing for the impossible. Just don't like the extra 1.5" around my waiste.

Lloyd,

I also have a problem with water retention when using creatine, even for a while after I stop taking it. After my last cycle with Satur8, I tried a product called Taraxatone by Cytodyne. It is a diuretic and worked at getting rid of the water retention pretty quickly. I have no idea what effect this would have if u took it while u are taking creatine or if there are cheaper diuretics out there that work. You'll have to find out from someone else with more knowledge than me on the subject. Hope this helps some.

Thanks. I think I'll try the CEX and the Taraxatone to drop the water I got. I could try it with the satur8 or swole but I think that's part of what creatine does right? Helps retain water for the muscles? Would have tried the CEX earlier but it's much more expensive.

CEX 125g = $35 - $.28/g
Satur8 475g = $27 - $.07/g

that would be $133 for 475g of CEX.

I'm not sure if this is related but worth a try. I bought some sesathin and Tribulus by twin labs. Not sure which one it was, but I dropped some of the bloating. Not all but enough to ease my mind and my waistline lol.

cex is all creatine and satur8 is a creatine mix with betaine, glycom..whatever, ala, etc.....
