Here it goes! Stats as of 5-14-09:25 5'9 185lbs 12% body fat Measurements:Waist: 36.5" Bicep: 15.5" Quad: 24" Calf: 16" Chest: 41" Shoulders: 47" Pics: No, not big, but I expect a big transformation in the next few weeks! Goals180+lbs 8-% body fat Visible abs WINNING! "Supplements"This is in order effectiveness. I will be completely honest. Epistane: 20mg/day Trena: 25mg/day GHRP-6: 200mcg/day CJC-1259 (w/o DAC): 100mcg/day T3: 50mcg/day Albuterol: 8+mg/day Clen: A few drips/day (hate this stuff) CLA: 6G/day (almost out, and probably won't re-purchase) Ephedrine: before SFW Caffeine: before SFW Misc. vitamins/minerals/fish/ flax/ milk thistle/etc. etc. etc. I plan on adding M-Drol (CEL) the week after next for 3 weeks, then P-Plex for 2-3 weeks after that. Training:3-4 days of lifting. Every day morning fasted steady cardio. Every non-training day HIIT/Interval training, abs in the afternoon. Random cardio when time permits. HFT every day. Monday:Legs(2 lifts): back squat, leg press Chest/tricep(2 lifts): bench or variation, tricep Calf: standing calf raise Wednesday:Back: deadlift Arms/back: chin/pull Hams: leg curl machine Shoulders: DB/BB seated press Trap/back: low rack pull to shrug Friday:Legs(2 lifts): front squat, lunge Chest/tricep(2 lifts): dips or bench var., DB flye Calf: seated calf raise Sat/Sun:Depending on how I feel... Arms/back: chin/pull Back: one arm row Bicep: curls Abs Every day (HFT): High Frequency Training (one set, every day)Wide chin (2 weeks, then change) I only recently added morning fasted cardio and HFT. I've been doing everything else for a long time. I probably won't be keeping a detailed training journal on here, just because I never read them, they're a waste of space, and I really don't want to log everything twice. I'll give a brief summary, and strength increases. Diet:Used to count calories, and probably will again during this contest, but right now I'm probably getting around 2500 calories per day. Counting gets old, and besides, I know how much I need to eat after counting for almost 2 years straight. Right now I'm doing a liquid, velocity-ish diet, with lots of protein shakes, soups, and vegetables (only real solid food other than some granola/ shredded wheat and a banana in the morning). Next week will be a low carb, high fat/ protein diet, with eggs/bacon in the morning, chicken breast/EOR steak/tuna/salmon/shrimp after breakfast with a few vegetables and flax oil. I like to mix it up so I don't get tired of eating the same things over and over and over. The velocity-type diet every few weeks really helps.

Training for today:10:00am: fasted cardio 45min. 12:00, 5:30pm: HFT x2 (missed yesterday). Wide chin, 6 full reps @ body weight (bottom to touch chest). 5:30pm: Jump rope/pushup circuit X 4, heavy bag work. About 25-30 minutes. Also did some static stretching, and walked around my woods for about 1-1.5 hours looking for mushrooms. Oh yeah, I also have the advantage of being laid off. I've been sleeping about 10 hours, and moving around doing stuff all day. I disagree with the BF%. I AM bloated somewhat from the CJC-1259. On a good day I'll start to see some definition in my abs. A lot of people won't see their abs until they're closer to 9% however, and I feel I am one of those. Also, I'm not sucking in as hard as I can. I have calipers, and I'm between 12-13%. Trust me, I've been measuring for almost 3 years now. Real "steroid" tabs cost WAAAAY more. I've looked into it. They're also just as harsh on your body (except maybe m-drol, but I'm only running that for 3 weeks, low dose, only half a bottle). Epi harsh? People run Anivar for 8-10 week cycles, why not epi, which costs WAAAAAAAY less?

 | QUOTE (On3musta @ May 14 2009, 07:13 PM) | how long are you running all of these for?
thats quite the list, you have a lot of stim acting compounds in there, tha could be hell on the heart.
but good luck im sure you have it planned out well/safe |
Epi: 8-10 weeks @ 20mg, probably stop during the M-Drol/ P-PlexTrena: until it's gone (about 2 weeks) M-Drol: 3 weeks 10,20,20 or 20,30,30 P-Plex: 2-3 weeks 30,30,30 Stims will be cycled 4 weeks on 2 off 4 on ghrp-6/cjc-1259: until it's gone, and during PCT. Lots of people run oral cycles of "real" gear for just as long, at higher dosage, and are fine. Lots of people also drink a hellova lot of alcohol ever day and live to be old men. If my eyes turn yellow, I'll stop. Tat is my last name, with some swasticas. Still needs lots of work, I'm just a big pussbag. Feels like a cat is using my back as a scratching post. *cry*

Training 5-15-0910:00am 35 minute bike ride 2:00pm SFW Added 10lbs to front squat. Did some abs. Seated calf machine at this new gym sucks ASS--can't do more than 4 plates or it'll dig into your legs like hell! So I did standing raises instead. Also no power rack at this gym, my favorite piece of equipment. Diet 5-15-09After bike ride: shredded wheat with whole milk, banana with natty PB. 2nd meal: protein shake with flax oil and ground flax seed, mixed greens with spinach. 3rd meal: after SFW protein shake with frozen fruit, natty PB, flax oil. A little sausage/egg/potatoe fried stuff an hour later... I was just too hungry, and I was going out and knew I wouldn't eat a lot. 4th meal: small bag of combos, pizza flavor. 5th meal: 12:00 taco bell run, 79cent nachos, new 89cent chicken burrito. Those last three were kindof cheats, but at the same time I was probably still under maintenance for the day. Also had two light mixed drinks in diet pop, and one beer. I know I know. This is probably the only drinks I'll have all week, gimme a break.

Stats 5-16-09Weight: 186lbs Probably due to water fluctuation. Been drinking a TON of water, compared to usual, and I havn't been waking up in the middle of the night to pee... then again, I'm going to sleep in the middle of the night, so I guess that's throwing things off. TrainingNoon: 30 minute Nordic Track, HFT I'll do my bicep/back workout tomorrow, feeling sore and drained. DietAfter "morning" cardio, granola in whole milk, banana with PB 3:45 bowl of soup 6:15 protein shake with flax oil and ground flax seed 8:00 half a Jimmy John's tuna on wheat--so fast I freaked! 10:00 other half of tuna sammich Really not eating enough, but hey, I've got hormones working for me. SupplementsAdding 50mcg of T3 for a total of 100mcg/day, split into two dosings. EDIT: Also out of CLA, and no plans on purchasing any more. Doesn't really do anything anyway, compared to some other stuff I'm taking.

Training 5-17-095:00pm SFW Lite 4 sets wide chin @ body weight 2 sets one arm row @ 80+lbs 3 sets incline curl @ 60+lbs I usually go more hardcore on my weekend SFW, but I was still feeling quite run down. Also shoveled gravel in a driveway for 2 hours last night, so I don't feel too bad going easy today. Diet9:30am shredded wheat in whole milk, banana with peanut butter, bagel with butter 1:00pm Burger King XT tripple cheese burger, my son's fries (he doesn't eat them, and it's a shame to let them go to waste), a little chocolate milk shake to finish it off. I was stuffed. Felt like having a heart attack. 5:00pm Nutra Grain bar (MMMM! HFCS), vanilla protein shake with hersheys syrup 7:30pm Large onion soup, percocet Yeah, a lot of crap, but tomorrow it's ultra strict all week, low carb, no fun.

Training today9:00am: 40 minutes fasted jog. 150-165bpm. 2:00pm: SFW. Added 5lbs to back squat (195 to 200) and hit same reps as last week this time (6ish). Bench felt weak, dropped down 20lbs from last week, maybe I need a break on bench, 175x4-6, 4 working sets, weak. Hoping it's due to the low carbs. Rest of workout pretty average. This new gym has a lot more chicks that, well, "lift", which is a nice distraction. Had a couple of chicks come in and start to do some cleans (yeah, I was surprised too!), then proceeded to do a number of other lifts, including a nice one that had one of the chicks sitting on the other's ass. *perv grin* Diet10:00am: 3 eggs, 5 strips of bacon, a little miracle whip lite, bacon bits, coffee with fiber and sugar free sweetener 1:00pm: 1 grilled BBQ chicken breast (VERY good I might add), a little broccoli, sharp cheddar sprinkled over it, mixed lettuce and spinnach with a little south beach diet ranch dressing (lowest carb I could find, only 2g/serving, and I only had half a serving) 4:00pm: PWO protein shake with mixed frozen fruit, natty PB 7:00pm: packet of tuna with a little miracle whip lite, a few shrimp 10:00pm: probably a little cottage cheese Overall pretty low carb. Feeling drained as hell after workout, shake helped but still tired right now (8:41), even with LOTS of stims. So many stims I got some strange vision blurring after SFW--it's happened before, and I think it's caused by yohimbe. Or better yet, probably due to the mixture of albuterol, clenbuterol, ephedrine, caffeine, and yohimbe...
