 I would wait till AFTER your cardio to replenish, kinda hard to do on a full stomach. I do cardio after liting, I read in M&F that cardio should be done after lifting becasue your depleated of your glucose and carb stores so your body turns to fat for energy. and if you dont already, trow in a pre-workout protein shake to keep the muscles happy and maybe drink a Gatoraid or sumthin like it during your workout to keep energy levels from crashin.
Ill never be satisfied.
